Hahaha, so you lose 500% of the original 100% invested, you complete and utter lunatic....
Guys, the maths is simple
1p to 2p = 100%
2p to 3p = 100%
3p - 4p = 100%
and so on.
If you buy your shares at 5p and they are now 1p then the drop = 400%
The shares peaked at c.7p and they are now c.1p
Work it out here if you do not believe me

I find it hard to believe that people cannot see that this share price has share price has dropped from a high of almost 7pm when Trevor Brown and his cohorts sold great chunks of shares making millions for themselves or the companies they controlled.
You write....
Why are you going on about TB? He (they) are not part of RMS anymore, and anyway he's too busy with BRH and CMH at the moment. Yes they suckered us all in, but this is tech and it is a company and there are sales. Patience.
We have a new Board of Directors. We are looking for a new CEO as stated in February.
Coming on here and going 'yeah yeah yeah i sold this sucks' means you are just traders looking to get in lower but based on opinion or got suckered in an didn't do your research properly. Not sure if you are aware but all the weak holders have gone.

I am not, and have never been a day/week/month TRADER. I invest for the long-term based on fundamentals and I work them out BEFORE I make an INVESTMENT.
I judged the fundamentals 12 months ago......and based on all the RNS's that were coming out of RMS by Trevor Brown and his team, there was no reason to believe that over 12 - 24 months that RMS plc would be a healthy business.
As I have written many times, Trevor Brown was either deliberately misled, was misleading others, or had a clearly defined strategy to SELL P2P (which he controlled) to RMS plc, (which he controlled) to personally enrich himself. The commercial and strategic arguments for this point of view are not difficult to prove. I do not believe for 1 minute that the intention was to grow this business. Trevor Brown was forced or thrown out and this was due to the greed over the issue of warrants and for presiding over self-serving decisions that were in the interests of 2 x groups of shareholders; an ethical issue at the core of the RMS story over 12 months.
I would have stayed with this share for 3-5 years, but after almost 12 months, it is evident that someone somewhere, had a strategy and this is reflected in the share price and the strategy that is now being proposed to put P2P as a separate entity.
Having been in senior management roles for 20+ years, the level of insouciance by the previous BoD is incredible. The numbers DO NOT LIE!
Trevor Brown walked away with £18M for Braveheart Investments and promptly paid a special dividend that netted him millions and has presided over a crashing share price with Braveheart Investments .
The TRUTH is only known by those on the inside, but in my view, the case against the previous BoD is not difficult to prove.
I am out because my ££ is better invested elsewhere and not with a company that need restructuring because of either ethical management decisions or incompetence.
I wish every LTH the best, and the current Board and future CEO success but I will take my ££ and invest elsewhere.
Red Flags Ignored! Lessons Learnt!
I'm out!
Omnes: I guess maths isn't your strong point, might be why you lost out:
7p minus 6p is 1p. So what is the % difference of going from 7 to 1? 1-(1/7) OR 6/7 = 86% reduction. This is not the same as the difference between going from 1p to 7p ( (7-1)/1=600% increase).
However, the your metrics are also generally suspect because there was maybe 1 buy at 7p before dropping, and using a single spike to tell a story is like saying living under a bridge by a canal is like living in a solid brutalist structure with good air and moisture levels.
How can you have a 500% reduction?
Zero pence value is a 100% reduction.

Simple! The SP was 7p and now it is 1p give or take some % points!
Trevor Brown IS OUT but he created the maelstrom that exists now because he wanted to cash in............well out actually which he did handsomely!
By the way Rick these RNS’s could land anytime so get a few bob out of the biscuit tin and make some money.
Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
Your skills are wasted Rick, a deramp covered by another deramp, very clever old timer. It’s nice and quiet here until more updates and the only posters you’ll encounter are the die hard RMS holders who won’t sell. Time to move on you old knacker!
Derampers are so annoying! The most annoying thing in this case is that they seem to have been right all along. Though, of course, some will say they actually caused this SP crash.
CD, you will regret not waiting to recover some loses. The next RNS will see the Volz agreement signed and the SP will rise. RNS’s to follow will detail large orders (UK and overseas), addition of a new CEO which will see a rise in SP. Then we have further updates that are detailed in the last RNS.... if you nip down the bookies or the local slots you can play the one armed bandits as they will give you a quicker return.
Man and nan sold at a loss a while ago and returned with a short position. You locust.....
I like others are in a big loss position here now and feel the pain that all of us that are in the same boat. I myself though and not selling out! I think its gone past the point of that for me as if I was going to do that I should of done at 1.6 or so etc... I just don't get how the Bod can get things so wrong with a great product and deliver nothing really so far . The thing is this can turn so quickly as we know and if you sell out your loss is a definite loss, but I am hanging in there in hope they get their act together and try turn this **** show position around... I mean I would be personally embarrassed hearing a company that could do very well indeed with the products and Cashflow that they have yet we see the sp at this dismall level..I may be wrong to hold on but there we go we all have our decisions to make . GLA who still here or entering.
CollegeD/Omni: Why are you going on about TB? He (they) are not part of RMS anymore, and anyway he's too busy with BRH and CMH at the moment. Yes they suckered us all in, but this is tech and it is a company and there are sales. Patience.

100% concur with ALL that you have said CollegeDoctor.
Truth is, the moment that TB and his Cohorts planted P2P into a listed company that they controlled, the red flags should NOT have been ignored!!
As Warren Buffet Says, if you cannot deal with a 50% drop in share price, don't deal. Since TB pumped this company with his total lack of attention to detail and complete disregard for PI's it has been a walking-talking-living-dunce.....with a 500% reduction in share price!
Immoral and unethical decisions by Trevor Brown has put hundreds of individuals into losses AND weak or oncontrollable management.
P2P will eventually get its act together but as they say on Dragons Den..........I am out!
Look like you done the right thing. See the volume and the post decreasing. And the price keep dropping
Been in this joke of a share since the great hype of 2020. When I foolishly piled 10k into this so-called guaranteed cert. My fault entirely, I've been watching the forum silently hoping that I would get my money back at some point. But let's be honest, this pile of @£$@ was a pump and dump. The company have no idea how to properly manufacture or sell this product. This share is going into the toilet. I've sold out now 6k down, sad to have lost money but, happy to be free of staring at one of the most ridiculous BETS, (because this was not investing ) i have ever partaken in. Anyone still in this trash is deluded, the board have shown you nothing, which would inspire any confidence in their abilities. I understand why some still hang on though my 6k loss might seem like a dream to those who are in deeper. But at some point, you have to call it quits. This share is going nowhere, the company have no substance.
