In 40 minutes Dr Cave has given more insight to the mask production then the past 6 months. An excellent listen and excited with the other uses this technology can be applied to. Glad i bought back in last week.
Thank you MyIPA. This is a positive interview that will give a lot of investors confidence, so I see the SP going up...Those who are saying the SP will be affected are right! The SP will only rise......Happy Sunday and interesting months ahead.
Yes listerning to caves interview were going to get some fantastic RNS ....
The SP is going to Rocket with this in mind ..
I can see the global sales impact ,, working as a Airconditoning Engineer I was right six months ago about the material being used in office block Aircon filtering , plains , schools ,cars , buses, trains ,,, all Events ....
Major news to come and when it does forget you 10 bagger...
Wowser :-0
Fascinating interview, and more of an insight in to the whole process of getting the masks to market, over the hurdles and through the hoops, to the point where the Company is now receiving offer(s) from around the world to manufacture the masks. So sales at scale will be able to meet demand.
Also I like the sound of...`we can`t give away too much but we`re in development stages...we`re working with one of the worlds leading air filtration companies`......`if you look where filters are, they`re not just in office blocks, we have them in cars as well, public transport, aeroplanes, even vacuum cleaners`!
He sounded calmly excited about the potential for the nano material, with almost unlimited application potential.
A minimum standard for air filtration??
WB20 - Both are good! You gave more depth to my bullet points - and the link means anyone can check for themselves that that was what was said so therefore harder for derampers to maniplate the stock now.
And I missed out:
+Offers already from around the world (RE masks, Volz manfacturing the orders)
+25mg/copper per mask is nothing (I was surprised it was that much actually)
+nano ink can be used across a range of surfaces
I will clarify that my Mask Sales comment being part of the annual accounts was a reply I got from RMS btw but mainly doesn't matter if outsourced.
Question is - how much do we make from it per mask/per contract/etc. Even at 1p/mask IP at global volumes this would be a £1bn company (100bn masks/year). So in time that's what, 50p a share? Even 7p will be cheap. I hope we get more than 1p per mask in payment of IP use.
MyIPA, thank you sir. Really appreciate your post.
Beat me to it! Great synopsis
A great outlook for the company, have a listen. Here is a brief summary.
Cleared up the (multiple) reasons for delays however these are sorted:
=DConly consulted out from the University to P2F 1 day a week so I assume a very busy man
=Issue was the solvent welding of the elastic fixing to the mask, now square not circular (original aim was always outsourcing IP to =manufacturers/commericalise) - ISSUE SOLVED
=Long delays with MHRA approval because they had never had to deal with an antiviral mask before and needed to be walked through it - ISSUE SOLVED
Positive Takeaways:
+Needed the P2F machine to make the masks because noone else would take the technology, then proof of concept. Also for testing and improved masks in future - CONFIRMED
=just the software slowing things up (but unlikely to be 5m eventually but B2C not priority as stated - proof of concept/testing/protoyping mainly)
+Volz Filters now making them (not dependent on P2F) plus looking at incorporating it to their filtration systems (office/aeroplane/vaccums etc) - PRODUCTION CONFIRMED
+Numed allowed to make deals with whoever and Volz/P2F to fill orders - CONFIRMED
+Already selling to italy - CONFIRMED
+Lobbying NHS/Government to make the masks minium standard - all PPE should actively kill to avoid clinical waste designation - CONFIRMED
+Aim is to get the alpha-viron layer will be the "Intel Inside" of masks/PPE/filters etc - i.e. global minimum standard
+IP is gained globally so the tech is secure - RMS now have 12-18 months PCT and after that can decide which countries to confirm further patents and trademarks in
+Soap opera is over and Cave will not be selling out - we'll see 7p again - the evidence is in hand and not a risk in the company
+Mask Sales, as I understood it, will be published as an update within the annual accounts and can't be spoken about until then
+Gyrometrci/Cloudveil - good people and teams and kept RMS going before. Now at next levelling up
+aim also to produce other IP - P2F also does the plant food for hydroponics - big sector
+Any research and development from the University P2F gets first refusal on all the tech - this is BIG
+RMS not here to produce themselves but to find partners and to commercialise - CONFIRMED
+Biggest changes will be when the new CEO is found.
+Strategic Review finalised in 2 weeks
If I had more I'd buy more. Great company all round and why I first bought in April 2020
