If ever we needed a good RNS and some hope today would be the day.....
Interesting spot Ace. Thanks for sharing. Are we saying that this mysterious 'deal' is now dependent on being successful in this auction? In any event, if 'a' deal is finally dead in the water, I hope the board will RNS to confirm so people can get on with their financial lives .....Anyway, all the very best to one an' all. It's only money at the end of the day ;o)
Thanks Ace - hope ur right - have a good one!!
I think it's possible that Sloane are waiting for the energy auctions at the end of Jan. They may as well now since the date is close. In theory only a part of La Luna would be to fuel the power station, the rest for export. If they can convince the government that they need energy from coal then it will be all systems go. IMO! Date of results scheduled for 25th.

A very merry Christmas to all.
To all Leopards and hoping for a Xmas miracle even if it takes till the New Year to land. Best wishes to all.
Waste of time ...all he will say is that 'this is not dead in the water yet, were still working on it'.
Rockie -
0207 917 6826 - as Red said, you'll probably speak to May. Do let us know what he said.
Merry Xmas to all anyway.
Hi Rockie - think the only way you can "vent" is by phoning them - you'll probably get hold of the Chairman John May - good luck and let us know how you get on.
Does anyone have an e-mail address for the company as there is not one on the website. I feel i need to air my views to them.
don`t be so despondent, I`ve waited 4 years with my money tied up all we need is a relisting then we`re quids in !! So what if its another 4 years its just another World Cup. I thought I`d be cashing this in early this year seems it will be one way or another early next year. They seem to issue an update every six months so Christmas will have soon come and gone and then Rodders we`ll be millionaires !
Or pot less.
So not looking good!!
Ace, I think you`ve summed it up pretty well really.
I thought rlh said the deal was still alive, so La Luna news is rlh news. As I said everything is within the timescale of Sloane. They drilled 75 holes this year and were producing a report for financing and Wood Mackenzie have also produced an independent study for potential investors in October.
We know that Capital Resources Inc has invested in Bermele - with Toby is director so they are a real company with real money and a connection to a director.
I don't know what else rlh can do because they are slaves to decisions made by Sloane. So until they raise £250k and release "Intention to list on AIm." we just have to wait. And sure, it may well be dead one day, but we'll not there yet,
Ace,
Where did you see news from RLH in July? I can't see anything from them, and herein lies the problem - we've been told sweet FA.
I did see a general news article floated around in June re Sloane where it was reported that production was to commence late 2019 (with financing closed by end H1 19).
Ace, when are we expecting a relist then?
surely a relist needs to happen before work can start on the coal deliveries.
In July they stated that work wouldn't start on the mine until Jan with coal deliveries in Aug. So well within their time scales. No reason to suppose it's dead at all.
I wish KHUNG17.
This sadly looks dead.
Don't stop believing....
Thanks for your replies guys. I was hoping to provoke a reply from RLH BOD. But hey ho there you go.
Keep the glass half full.
The La Luna Project is a thermal coal resource in the Cesar region of Colombia with compelling export economics. The concession is located immediately adjacent to Drummond Ltd's El Descanso Norte mine. ( from 21-09-2017 half year report)
rlh are trying to buy La Luna in Columbia. La Luna Mining is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sloane Energy Group. This was to be a reverse takeover| So you maybe barking up the wrong tree? Hope you are!!
November 6, 2018
BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA – – – On November 1, 2017, Drummond Company, Inc. engaged Goldman Sachs as a financial advisor in connection with a possible sale of all or a portion of the Company’s interest in the Colombian coal mining operations and related transportation assets of Drummond International, LLC.
Drummond Company, Inc. today announced that it has terminated the sale process of its Colombian coal assets and Drummond’s coal operations in Colombia will continue to operate as usual.
I might be barking up the wrong tree (or barking mad!) but I did a bit of mining and digging myself. Basically we were told the company were looking at buying into mining at La Loma . Around that time, Drummond mining were looking at selling off some mining interests. Drummond announced on the 6 November this year that they are NOT selling off any mining interests now. So I was just wondering,John/Toby others etc. Is this anything to do with why you haven't said sod all for so long and can we expect an RNS shortly to clarify our position? Thankyou. Of course this is only my personal thoughts but that is all I've got to go on.!!
Yes nice one Banjo - I've spoken with John May before - just wish they would speak to the shareholders on this Board out of courtesy if nothing else!! Fingers crossed on some news soon.
cheers Banjo
really appreciated
fingers crossed for good news
