Doesn't look too promising ;o( This from Jul 18. Obviously explains the delay in funding.
"We are on the lookout to participate in the upcoming auction. Once we win firm energy in the auction and we select the EPC contractor, we will be able to close financing in first half 2019," Burrowes said.

That's the dam project. yet they are still able to participate in the auctions! No wonder Sloane and others are upset. What next I'm not sure. To win at the auction could mean a guaranteed income for 10 or more years. I guess they have some negotiating to do to.
Thanks Ace. Wonder what refusal to partake will mean?
Great find Ace - thanks. Any way we can get these articles translated into English albeit I agree with your conclusions so far. Thanks Red
And more.

They say they are no abandoning the project. So who knows what it all means.
Thanks for the info. I found this which shows some political issues. Sloane are refusing to participate in the reliability charge auction coming soon. They seem to be saying that they're already well advanced with financial commitments. Looks like they think they shouldn't have to participate. I have no idea where that leaves the projects! Maybe a tactic?

about to re-list after 2 years I believe. I have ATC shares which look like they are coming back from the dead. Moral of the story - lets not give up here and I have a lot more than 2k worth here.......
Thanks also Red. I'd understood that there was a mis-match of views from the various parties but this was months ago. Pity it still looks like they've not moved any further forward. Oh well, looks like it's not over just yet
You're welcome SC - if Zwartkops can add anything that would be good but who knows, perhaps the Phoenix may rise yet Lol!!
Cheers Redirons - Very much appreciated. Still a chance then but this dithering has been going on a long while already! Fingers crossed for us all
Better than that - I left a message when I phoned before lunch time and John May (Chairman) phoned me back!! Nice guy and said he would be open-handed. He said a big deal is waiting to be done and RLH are as infuriated as shareholders are that the main protagonists (Sloane) have been dithering whilst they conduct a banking feasibility before being able to seal the deal. John said they are riding other horses in the slipstream but didn't want the game changer deal with Sloane to go without giving it every chance. He said RLH's CEO is constantly badgering Sloane and there is still hope they will get their act together. On the basis we are locked in here anyway, we just have to hope that John May/Toby Hayward are honest and upright and still trying their best for shareholders - we have no choice, but that is everything I was able to glean - hope it helps Red.
They answered when I rang at 14:10 today?
0207 917 6826 - rings to answerphone. Maybe they're just snorting the last of the charlie and will then put us out of our misery before they check into rehab... :(
Agree.
Don't think anybody is realistically expecting anything back from this car crash, so I'm with you, can't understand why they don't put out a one liner to put every one out of their misery.
Strange indeed.
Cant they just put us out of our misery ffs........
Directors still active at companies house. Although I have wrote this off many moons ago ...sadly.
I suspect its all over,
no news in 6 months and they are no longer picking the phones.
A wild guess ..... but here’s hoping
Is that a wild guess or have you heard something from a little bird ;0)
Hopefully get some news on this within the week leopards
keep everything crossed guys..................
every six months they seem to update so we`re due up at the end of this month. If the stuff about the auction is right then doubly so.
Here is hopefully hoping for update..... not even a sniff of news at the moment
to that Red
I agree Khun but best wishes to all Leopards for 2019 to throw us all a bit of good fortune - health, wealth and happiness to all in 2019!!!
