AIM cash shells are businesses with money on their balance sheet, but no trading operations that are listed on The London Stock Exchange’s AIM Stock Market and Main Market.
For some privately owned companies, using an existing AIM cash shell can provide a less risky route to joining the market than the more conventional method of admission and fund raising.
The key benefits of reversing into an AIM cash shell are:
Holland Bendelow have recently introduced the ‘AIM Cash Shells Guide’ as an essential guide to AIM cash shells, this whitepaper provides an overview for companies that may be considering a reverse transaction into an AIM cash shell and is designed to demystify the process of undertaking reverse transactions and removes some of the unnecessary city jargon.
There is a transparent amount of cash already in the shell ready to invest in the right company.
By comparison with the conventional AIM flotation, the fact that cash is already in the shell means that, in some respects, a reverse into an AIM cash shell may be regarded as a lower risk. Certainly the transaction does not rely on attracting new investors to support a fundraising at the time of admission to AIM.
A reverse transaction into an existing AIM cash shell may be quicker and therefore a less costly method of achieving an admission to AIM, and at the same time, accessing cash to grow a business.
LOL... Morning Hendi2, yes, I formally apologise to any women out there... and as you can see what is so evident from the derampers ..Old men have the trophy!
Guys call me what you want. Fact is RLD have sold their asset for less than the M Cap. If quindell is correct with his figures there will be nothing left for shareholders hence the drop.
Errr Bladey, less of the old women comments, no need to be sexist cos i can tell you there are many old men that are very similar lol , Morning!
Looks like sale agreed with no RTO. If they do have debts they will get paid off then company will de list.
It’s not that hard to read into it is it.
Lmao... It's amazing how these fools suddenly buck up the courage to come and deramp from behind their keyboards.. not invested and have no material value in their postings.. jeez, worse than old women lol
Suckers out time to fill the boots.
Buyers are now taking there positions ! UP
Sorry have to comment - No Momentum???? Have you not heard of the Santa Rally ?? lol
No doubt Suhail de-risked - and who wouldn’t at a 7-8 bagger!
Also not to add fuel to fire but..... No company in their right mind completes an RTO or sale this side of Christmas.... at minimum new year but never this time of year when there is no momentum
Yes you're right, if it gets back to 44 then it's 100%.
If I'm a loser for not buying into a false rise, then you're also a bigger loser for not selling into it Suhail. The difference is, I never had profit to lose. You had it last week and watched it dwindle away this morning, so who's the bigger loser?
Damn dropped 100% you say Gizzard - so it’s valued at 0?!
I think you mean it’s dropped 50%
Happy to take a punt at this level given it's dropped 100% since Friday's high
Interesting why will the MMs take 5m off me in one go ?? Buyers out there maybe ??
I was being ironic of course
Once again I called it right and Suhail has called it completely wrong.
My prediction well over a month ago was that if the disposal happens it will more than likely be in Q1 next year. I've called every extension spot on so far and each and every time Suhail said I was wrong.
IMO the one week extensions were a ruse to lull the market into a false sense of security and impending completion of the disposal. They figured the two week extensions would keep crashing the SP, so the board got cute with their one week extensions and the market fell for it IMO. These one week extensions could keep coming indefinitely and the market is wising up quick now.
Looking for entry here around 0.15
No offence Suhail is a quick buck trader - and I take my hat off to him because that’s the way you make money in these markets! He did the same thing at MOS - ramped it then disappeared. RLD was very undervalued at 0.05 when he entered the frame so it was a great entry for him.
It was a great spike for many - quite the rarity on aim, so if you made money on this false spike well done!
that £38k is now worth circa £20k
Yes, LSE is in the plot. You have no shame
Now you can buy graham-wales... or are you seeking a lower price? :-)
Is there any written evidence from the company of a RTO taking place.
Don’t blame Suhail - he did a great job in generating interest for RLD.
Make sure you read the edited versions.
They are the ones that contain an increase in the use of the word 'IF'
