This share needs some positive new Now or it will sink faster then the Titanic, to much red tape there must be some sort of brake through they need to advertise my believe is sadly going down.
Iain Ross added a further 100k shares this morning. He clearly sees value and foresees better outcomes.
Looking at the financial position the current MC IS £5.25 million.
I estimate the current cash position is circa £7.5 million.
This is based on the following calculations :
Cash @ 30.9.22 was £10.5 million
Prev 6 month period loss £3.2m
Estimated current 6 month loss circa £3m (should be a little less given cost savings)
£10.5m less £3m = £7.5m
Therefore this is currently discounted under cash by some £2m +
All current assets in for free
On that basis, at this price, this has go to be worth a punt given cash runway now extends into next year.
Iain has done what he said, bought 400k in total now. Lets hope he is true to his word when he says we going to sign deals this year.
Ian Ross just purchased another 100k shares, now has 0.7% holding. I guess the view internally is very good re cash burn and prospects.Directors steadily making share purchases.I can only assume that they are very confident of something happening in next 12 months and as they have the experience of the industry and these situations I hope they confidence is well founded.
I've no idea, unfortunately. I just hope Reneuron can get through the current biotech bloodbath.
Thanks for the link Epsilon. The steps they took to try to survive are familiar! Any guesses at our year end cash position and burn rate?
Fed s it and kept in the dark, jmanagement motto you play ball with me and l, ll stick the bat up your ****.
Looks like the burn rate was just too high for this exosome company for it to survive current market conditions. Assets up for sale.

I viewed a treatment using a re-engineered polio virus to kill cancer cells, I wonder is this something to which ReNeuron exosomes could help improve efficiencies, I am way out of my depth but given we can cross the brain barrier just maybe there is something here? It is worth a view and would appreciate a more informed or qualified assessment. See https://youtu.be/FEA6BQARqE8
Was pushed hard buy guy trader 007 on twitter bit of showman on there
Share your pain, this and SAR have been real life lessons for me...
Hard to believe anything this company says more trials xtz then followed by xtz1 this takes years only to move to xtz2 eg but government red tape blocks the next move etc worse share I have ever owned had this share for twenty years plus the scientist who work there are the only people to make any money then when things go bad they go to another firm.
I would not be surprised if he has been dumping IQE today. Shows that even highly successful investors can have a bad run. Not sure how his other ones are faring. Anyway, the latest RENE update is neither here nor there really - Iain and the team pull a good deal or two off and we re-rate. No need to point out what the result will be if they do not. GLA.
I note the previous leading major shareholder Richard Griffiths got rinsed care of WANdisco, which has just been suspended due to 'potential fraud'. Unfortunately he owns 5.3% of that outfit; his holding was worth over £50M yesterday...and now....er...10?...0?
That sale is a bit…..
To be fair, that is multiple purchases by multiple directors now. Also, apart from RG (who was the biggest shareholder), the percentage of stock held by the other listed major shareholders is unchanged from March 2022 to the current time of print. Sure, this could change, but these are the 'known knowns' right now.
Very small amounts stock purchased, not really confident purchases in that amount
That is the risk we take, Phil. I know you have been here for a lot longer than I have. Perhaps your average is also higher than mine. However, they could have avoided buying any shares and continued to draw their salaries until either they struck a deal, or the cash ran out. Maybe this will not be a successful venture for us, but at least IMO they have shown some sincere intent, unlike so many AIM lifestyle BODs, too numerous to mention. As I have said before, while my eyes are wide open here, I continue to have faith in Iain and the team to come good. To our benefit and naturally to theirs. Maybe not if your average is in the pounds still, but if they pull some good deals off, in time, who knows? But in case I sound like a ramper now, let me repeat - the risks are clear unless/until proven to be otherwise.
Iain has said they expect to sign deals this year. It all depends on how lucrative those deals are, if we can get a decent upfront payment of around £10 - 20 Million then can see the SP back at 40/50p.
Another RNS for another director share purchase. I make that around 750k worth of shares they've bought in roughly last 6 months. If they do end up signing some lucrative licencing terms, we may look back at these buys as a pretty obvious signal of intent. If they fail to secure a licencing deal, then its just another Rene red herring. . .
I have had this stock for many years unfortunately all I ever read is bad news and more bad news in the mean time the share price goes from bad to worse is there any light on the horizon! Please let the share holders know the truth instead of giving the mushrome syndrome fed s_it and kept in the dark.
We should be very impressed Ian Ross has taken the trouble to keep us informed of the change in direction and management at R. It is keeping us on board and as a LTI I was beginning to give up hope.
Yes thanks for the link. Quite impressive. Plus the directors buys. Fingers crossed.
Further director buys as stated and won't be the last.
Agree. It was a good interview. Iain clearly relishes this challenge. Thus far, I have been impressed with his corporate decision-making. If anyone can pull this off, I think it could be this man. Good luck Iain and good luck to us all.
