Just had two letters from HSBC ISA & sharedealing accounts. The Redx pharma shares will be sold if you don't contact them by 25th April. Otherwise you will have two choices get them to transfer them to a broker of your choosing by 22nd May or receive a share certificate. HSBC will not allow the shares to be held in their ISA or Investment accounts. Has anyone else chosen a new broker yet that is accepting the shares on nominee account? 🤔
I'm with HSBC too but haven't received anything yet.I had some shares in a company called "allied gold"which delisted and went to Australia but I still own the shares and get dividends in cheque form but to paltry to find a bank to cash it in as I only had 42 shares bizarrely,that was about 12 yrs ago
Forgot to mention google computershare I believe they will hold your shares and sell them for you if you wish DYOR.
My gold mine shares now worth in total 12.9 Australia Dollars,my son will inherit them one day not too soon I hope ho ho ho.
You will have to tell HSBC what you want to do by the 25th April otherwise they will just sell them according to the letters.
Thank goodness the day traders appear to have gone...maybe this will get back to 20p where it started before the delisting RNS was announced?
FWIW last opportunity to vote today .I had an email from Hargreaves & L to vote yesterday .Also they told me that my Redx shares they would be remove the shares from my ISA to my non ISA trading account at the time of delisting .It's not clear what happens then will I be able to sell or not or would it be better to sell before the 19th within the ISA preserving the cash tax benefit .Then at what price ! Hunt said invest in ISA British Companies .He didn't mention you might be mugged off absolute day light robbery never again got Etx to contend with next Appreciate comment from other share holders GLA
I had my letter off HSBC today as Moniman reffered to earlier,I ve opted to keep my shares and will receive certificate of shares held.Looking forward to them being worth considerably more by year end especially if they relist in US.GLA
Prion I posted about HSBC doing the same. I have contacted interactive investor and they already deal with JP Jenkins/ Matched Bargain Facility. Although they cannot guarantee this Facility with Redx Pharma shares until the delisting occurs, assuming they can any shares held in your ISA will be transferred to a general trading account if you choose not to sell them them. I am transferring my SIPP, ISA and share account to Interactive Investor as HSBC and Barclays don't deal with JP Jenkins. Ask your broker what options you have. Adyor !!!
@moniman @mthomas
Thanks for your info much appreciated
Is this dwlisting feiday ir the mweting to vote is on friday. If so, when does it delist completely
1st May. Check the RNS on here.
Thoughts on how much further this can go? 18p? Laura?
Info@jpjenkins.com
anybody still confused like me about Match Bargain Facility dealing contact the above are very helpful .H&L staff when I contacted them seem to a bit vague about the process but JP Jenkins reassured me they will be processing delisted REDX and ETX from H& L GLA
Sounds familiar,HSBC and Barclays won't deal with unlisted companies ut Interactive Investor will possibly be dealing with JP Jenkins yet tbc.
Need to get this to broker rating of 80p plus. Mms short of stock now. They should not have taken this down
