Oxford 'Superhub' launch marks first UK grid-scale project for redT
Largest deployment of flow machines in UK to support EV charging network
Further to the announcement of a signed purchase agreement to supply 72 units for a large UK grid project on 14(th) March, redT energy plc (AIM:RED), the energy storage solutions company, is pleased to provide an update on its role as part of a consortium of companies delivering an overall GBP41 million grid-scale project in Oxford, UK which will include 5MWh (72 units) of vanadium redox flow machines as part of a grid-connected 50MW Vanadium / Lithium-ion hybrid energy storage system............see RNS 3/4/19
Now wishing I hadn't disposed of most of my holding - annoying have hung in there for years. Oh well - pleased for others.
What might we expect before the EGM? I'd like to think some good news has been saved to get the deal done but it does look like its a done deal.
The placing and open offer is dependent on shareholders voting of two thirds at the special meeting( I presume that is of those who vote.) The placing and open offer needs a higher threshold than the Brexit vote!!!
An intelligent RNS which should secure either a full take up oran over subscription IMHO. In either case I reckon the SP will respond positively which should calm nerves. Certainly mine have been tested mightily over the last couple of weeks and I'm sure I'm not alone.
I'm not sure where we go after this. A further clarification of RED's position would be good once the funding issue is out of the way. Perhaps those attending the shareholders' meeting will post some details here.
I see some of the usual suspects are tipping shares to be in excess of 20 p , same as last year, and look how that panned out, some people never learn. I think the P I s will be delighted to have 10p, and that will rely on some definite orders, and soon. This company is basically a R & D outfit, and i am afraid that one of the larger companies will swallow Red t, just to get the patents, but i hope not as i am invested here.
The race to 4p continues .
Best of
The future brightens everyday for RED .
Best of All
The fools are on the BB today for sure!
Well suited to April fools day that rns !!!
We’ve just managed to raise enough to keep the lights on. We’ll burn through it in s couple of months and then be back cap in hand ..... Laughable
Nothing worse than posting utter drivel, how has it just managed to get through? The company have told you how long it will last via RNS as well!
Just managed to scrape through. How long will it last though

They won’t be back on AIM for sure, they are far too busy raking in profits from Camco that shareholder slaid to get up and running.
Beggars belief that FSA or serious fraud office don’t take action against these filth.
Scott subscribed to less then a months wage in placing, he’s ploughed hundreds of thousands into rental property though, enough said.
Says it all when they don’t subscribe to placing stock. They’ve made their dollar here and will likely run it into the ground before moving onto their next scheme.
All this distraction and I bet none of the long term suffers have taken action against Scott and his underhand theft of above from shareholders.
It’s scum like this that give aim a bad name, his write-ups in real leaders etc need notifying of what a scum bag this chap and Kenna really are, both have the profitable aspects of this business for nothing.
What a bad day for all investors.
Sorry guys posted on wrong board !! Durrrrr...
Debenhams has been given the go-ahead by bondholders for its £200million refinancing plan, paving the way for the likely wipeout of existing shareholders - including Mike Ashley's Sports Direct, who won't like it one jot.

Watch out guys it looking like a wipe out !
Statkraft or another strategic will be the answer there. Red won't be funding it.
One thing that isn’t explained very well is who is going to finance the up front cost if not the customer.
As a fully financed solution, UK C&I energy users will be able to benefit from up to 20% forecast savings on their energy costs over a 25 year PPA agreement, by installing solar panels and redT flow machines at their sites, without the need to pay upfront capital.
If the story (recent RNS) is as good as it sounds, would the share price still be at this low level (1.85p).?
It would appear that there are many disbelievers.
Yeah I’ve a similar question , why would anyone take the open offer at 2 pence when you can just by stock now for much cheaper ? And what happens with regards to the strategic review if they don’t fill the open offer ?
