Can see how they could fake this high net worth investor buying !
Yes big holders adding not selling.
Panicking unnecessarily
I think I agree with this Boom...
They are not saying anything illegal but have put out a 'worse case scenario' RNS which will always spook the nervous, and as for the finalisation of sale -- this was already well known...
One things for sure, at this SP they'll definitely do a deal !
Currently the Director's seem to have no shares. Might be cheaper entry price for themselves!
I think this has been taken down deliberately because the mcap was too high for the value of the RTO targets they were talking to, and each represented more of a takeover than an RTO. Now may be easier for an RTO to happen. So rather than take a massive hit now, worth waiting an seeing imo.

Overreaction.
Or our 5 major holders are useless investors and their record doesn't follow that.
Unless anybody knows better.
"Nothing's changed."
The company has said that the market thinks it is over valued for a cash shell and the share price has fallen by nearly 50%. A few might say something quite significant has happened this morning.
My understating is a cash shell can suspend and still find a candidate they will have X amount of days to find a candidate before the lights turn off. I have been in a suspended RTO for 580 days haha
Really? From where I'm sitting it looks as if its 2 months closer to suspension with no immediate likelihood of a deal
When this resumed trading on 22nd February it was about 1.8p !
Nothing's changed.
