Cheers Reet, you're the dogs ! Sorry to mention food again !
So nobody will be able to produce NdPr except the lowest cost producer and all our competition goes bust?
Result..

The price of major rare earths, such as neodymium and praseodymium oxides, has been sliding since the beginning of last year due to a big drop in demand. And the downward trend is expected to continue this year, the Baotou-based firm said at a recent investors event.
Ya gorra Laugh... :)
Don't forget the chopsticks Reet
Reetech ,reetech where for art thou retech?
It worked!
ReeTech, ReeTech, ReeTech. perhaps it might implode now ?
It will be an AI bot, everything you use the word reetech it will trigger a post spouting a negative view from a clear Chinese FUD merchants.
Again ask yourself why, and block.
It is your imagination that is the issue here Reet. That and your inability to read - I think this is the fourth time I have posted this extract from a RBW report...
The report states :
"At the conclusion of this phase of testing at ANSTO, the following observations and conclusions could be drawn: The Phalaborwa PG contains very low levels of uranium and thorium coupled with overall low total radioactivity levels. It is thus not expected that the final products will have radioactivity problems once purified and separated.
Hope this helps to clarify matters.
Tornadotony,
Your imagination is amazing.
What "green agenda" are you talking about when you mention RBW?
I have only one question - the reason for the changes in technology. Producing a mixture of REE carbonate rather than REE sulfate?
The reason is not cerium, but the content of Th and U.
Nobody wants Chinese rare earths because of the way it is extracted and makes a mockery of the green agenda. So why bother quoting their prices Reetech. Do you think we all live in China like yourself. How are things on your army base in China? Getting along with that senior officer giving you the run around on your spying grades. Are you based near Shanghai? How is the AI doing in helping you write in English?
Tony
As we enter March, the domestic rare earth market atmosphere remains subdued, with the price of praseodymium-neodymium metal continuing to fall and downstream demand remaining weak. As of March 8, the price of praseodymium-neodymium metal had fallen to around 42,400 yuan/ton, a decrease of 27,500 yuan/ton from the beginning of the month.
Paid for FUD. Just block as I have. Lots of green boxes
AJ101 - I understand what you are saying to ReeTech. Unfortunately SmartPunter started a war of words with Persana investors on the PRE board and they - Ree Tech included - counter on this board.
If SmartPunter would only wise up and stop attacking Persana maybe ReeTech and others would quieten down here.
I personally find the exchanges childish and unhelpful to investors generally for at the end of the day unless one is shorting a stock one should be wishing all bulls success. Nasty, childish and stupid.
AJ101,
I am grateful to you for your questions. I'm not worried about RBW's successes, because in my opinion they don't exist. The issue of low production costs is also questionable.
SmartPunter,
"The Phalaborwa front-end pilot plant is situated at the Johannesburg facilities of the Council for Mineral Technology ("Mintek"), a global leader in mineral processing, extractive metallurgy, and related fields, and is running for ca. four months treating ca. 35t of phosphogypsum feed from the Phalaborwa project stacks to produce ca. 350kg of mixed rare earth sulphate. During this period, further optimisation of recoveries and reagent consumptions/costs are expected to be achieved." https://tools.eurolandir.com/tools/Pressreleases/GetPressRelease/?ID=4373679&lang=en-GB&companycode=uk-rbw&v=r2022
RBW was unable to fulfill its stated obligations. Only 5.5 kg of a mixture of REE carbonates was produced. Why, what are the reasons?
Well I certainly haven’t seen a single positive comment! …..and there have been some positives you could have discussed / mentioned but choose not to. Most are negative and you only comment about RBW which strongly suggests you have an agenda. Why not post some negatives on other rare earth boards? Or are you just worried about RBW investors? It suggests to me that you have some agenda and are worried about RBW being successful because they have such low costs of production (assuming they prove the process to work).
"negative comments"? or objective comments and questions?
ReeTech - Given you have made 409 negative comments about RBW over the last 13 months you have very little credibility. You have made no comments about any other company, rare earths or otherwise. What is the point? What is your agenda? Are you trying to save investors from wasting their money? Or trying to keep the SP low for some other reason? Are you shorting RBW (seems unlikely). I really struggle to understand why you continue to post such rubbish every day. It must be really boring being you!
I don't care what you think, you are an idiot.
I don't want to upset you, but this is not a pilot plant. This is the maximum - a demo installation. At the same time, with mediocre performance indicators.
