The Italian EPC will probably use a plug and play Micro LNG plant.
The facility arrives on skids and is modular by design, meaning that manufacturing and assembly have already been completed.
As an example:
https://www.lngglobal.com/small-scale-lng
Obtaining the required permits is key to unlocking the finance and putting the LOI into action with the Italian EPC.
MP1 and MP2 are already pre drilled.
Whilst the Market remains uninterested, the building blocks are in place for the SP to ignite once the go ahead is approved.
Not for the faint hearted, so back to the circus 🤡 for some.
Jack
No need to apologise. whish I could LOL, but feel like crying with frustration.
I do think this will finally be our year though.
Get W.N drilled before year end Colle Santo progressing nicely, cash in the bank, offload Daybreak for whatever they can get even if just their annual salaries and get resurrect Parta as the gas is there.
How many years will the remaining £9.5 million Shell payments last in salaries for the two 🤡 🤡. Maybe they'll get a bonus to? 🤔
Are the two 🤡 🤡 families and co. bailing out of their own company?? Nothing would surprise me here. JMO
Someone just dumped 27,000,000 @ 0.071 it seems?
Not a bad interview I suppose. Not sure I agree with his explanation of the sp although it is partially true.
Itsawrap I should imagine he means WN but I'm not sure it'll be drilled this year anymore. Too much time has been wasted & far too much money squandered. OK mainly due to Rathlin screwing the drills up.
Even if WN is a success how saleable will the asset be in the current green climate ? Our 2 scumbags have got away with complete & utter value destruction. As Older says typical AIM. They've had their shareholders right over, they should be in court rather than paying themselves a fortune.
Simon what do you see as the catalyst(s) for "a massive turn around this year"?
My mistake. I apologise.
From their appointments to the bod in Sept 2017, the shares issued have spiralled from 1.18bn to 10.2bn.
Again, quite some feat.
Most of your comments I agree with, however they have done it in seven years and not ten.
I do believe though we are about to see a massive turn around this year.
Just checking in.
Well that's quite some feat for our dynamic ex-City duo. Supposedly adding value over a full cycle - acquisition, management, disposal of low-risk, near-term projects - in fact Oza and Williams have done the exact opposite, to the extent of 90% value destruction.
That's quite some feat.
What next, I wonder?
They won't care as long as they get their director emoluments. That's AIM for you.
Yeah moan away green coffin dude.
Yes it was a good post by JD & it's cleared up one of my reservations about the project so thank-you for that. Does anyone know how long it takes to construct a LNG plant ? I haven't got a clue.
Simon, do I think the sp should be on the floor ? Probably not but we have to accept that there have been some dreadful management decisions over the years. And the 2 fools credibility is in tatters.
That should have been Jack Daniels not Jim A.K.A Jimmy Loser ( an online poster back in the 90's who has become a real life friend)
Things have changed so much we used to have the Medisys sheep shag%ers society and used to meet up all over the country for pop concerts, sport events and we have all become friends, same with Gulf Keystone and all still mates and meet up now and again.
All we have now in this share in particular is faceless online abuse and ridicule and especially aimed at well informed intelligent posters such as Jack of Diamonds A.K.A J.D
Hopefully now Heid and her herd have gone and things are finally starting to look up we will only be left with Persi.
Not long now for W.N news, Danube and Daybreak already written off as has W.N.
You can all quote me I reckon this will a multi-bagger this year.
Afternoon all.
Excellent posts Jim as always, nice to hear from you.
I am staggered at the current share price, don't thing I have come across this before.
ATB.
Isn't this rich, the conceited failure cannot even apologise to Shareholders for loosing £40m of their hard cash. Just another few Italian permits and we'll all be rich, why have so many already failed? Without this fiasco, West Newton would be pumping, but the longer your paralysis there continues, the more likely the suspicion that it's all just more of your lies.
Thanks jack, that's a very important detail I overlooked. if LNe secures that payment this deal becomes much more interesting and the equity buy-in by RBD starts to make sense.
In the Oct 23 LNEnergy presentation it was clear that debt financing would be required.
“LNEnergy will seek to secure Euro 30 M in debt financing to fund exercise option to purchase Colle Santo gas field and development CAPEX to achieve first gas”
Unfortunately The Clown Club side show drown out and sensible commentary on the recent Gunvor RNS.
“The HoA also provides for a potential prepayment by Gunvor for a portion of the first five years of deliveries, with such amounts subject to prepayment being a total of approximately 66,000 tonnes of LNG, or 999,000 MWh. The average forward Italian PSV gas price for the years 2025-2030 is currently approximately €30 / MWh. The prepayment is conditional on agreeing definitive transaction documentation and LNEnergy obtaining the required permits to construct and operate the LNG production facility.“
A pure coincidence that the prepayment 999,000 MWh x Italian PSV Euro 30 per MWh equals Euro 30 Million.
Admittedly this is contingent on a number of permits being secured (See Dec 23 filings) but if successful debt financing will be replaced by a prepayment from a deep pocketed credible source.
The SP will not be clowning around when the announcement is made confirming this transaction.
Jack
BTW - Watts. Moniman has told me you have been admitted as a member 🤡 🤡 🤡
Yes the clueless duo have destroyed the company & thus its shareholders but still retain outrageous salaries for a monstrous undèrperformance.
Gennady Timchenko
I happen to believe JD& Wiltshire are wrong in backing the management but that's jmo.
Let's just say I regard them as not fit for purpose.
Is the £9.5 million RBD cash kept in a bank or the back of a Ferrari?
Bernie Madoff and Robert Maxwell would have been proud of the two 🤡 🤡!
Jack is the dynamic duo's 'Trojan Horse'. The facts speak louder than the utterances from the secretive spokesman for RBD Jack, Unlike the two CEO's the share price and it's downward spiral over the last few years does not lie!
