Yes I added the 0.9m for Spain and used the 700k share of quarterly revenues for Q3.
Hopefully overestimated costs and applied an optimistic P/E ratio…..
Islandgirl - You obviously haven't been keeping up. All the notes have been fully converted now. The impatient have sold out, the patient will soon be rewarded.
I'm at about £7mln annualised revenue based on the Q3 figures. Did you add in Spain? and £4mln isn't quite (1.9mln*4)/1.15= £6.6mln+1mln=£7.6mln revenue. Profit is maybe 75% of that? Not worked out monthly spend / costs of extraction.
so let's use your EBITDA of 12 so we get 91mln MCAP... with 330mln shares SP = 28p.
I think your EBITDA is a bit high! I am still going on the 21p estimate from brokers note. so EBITDA of 9 gives us 21p.
Annualised revenues about 4m
Annualised costs , hopefully no more than 1.5m
EBITDA multiple - total guess at 12
Market cap of around 30m euro…..
So I’m guessing there is still value here - just a pity my average price is above the current SP….
Tried to be sensible in this savage market by avoiding a 'raise' and achieved the same outcome by telling us that.
Just shows how a 'risk off' sentiment destroys value however you go!
Its s slow boat to China this one.Kinda wish i had never hopped on board...so F-ing boring.Ain't nothing going to spike this share price until the CLNs are gone at the end of March.Rampers were the CLN holders btw.
Short
You seem a little obsessed. If you are a shareholder - you can raise a motion to cut his salary. If you arent even a shareholder (and from your prior posts its doubtful) then who the heck are you to comment on what i and the other shareholders here choose to pay our directors!
Merry Christmas
NtD
From he who believed that tripe that came from the 'burning bush'. Ay ?
Wow that easy to say . One share price two no permits as promised . Just taking his wage 5k a week and done nothing even his interviews were bull and he probably paid for them . He actually more or less said should be drilling Q1 2024 no chance lol but he is ok if he was rewarded for performance on share price he would be giving his wage back LIFSTYLE FOR HIM THIS SHARE . Look what other Directors are on to him scandal
Yay! - The Singing Bush is back.
There has been constant selling here from CLN holders and probably more to come?
Thought they were in sticky hands lol
They know FA and P#ssy P#nts have even stopped their ramping
Hi Ocker,
To be fair, there isnt much hype on this board and very few ramps. Plenty of FUD. I think most holders while discontent with current share price, are not frothing and ramping forecasts - we await the next growth news with a confident optimism.
ps did you write that message on an AI chatbot?

Will this trawl at below 5p before Xmas, with the usual optimists hyping it every quarter again in 2024.

Hi Short,
Marks salary - Thats not new information now is it. No it isnt. Your conjecture as to his level or duty of care is though - what evidence do you have to say he doesnt care?
Is that right aye?
constan selling gas prices fall of a cliff. don’t worry mark is getting 250k a a year 5 k a week so he does not give a ****.
Seems odd that the SP drops on the TTF by much, much more than the %. Remember if the TTF dropped from 50 to 40, yes the income would decrease slightly for that day or week but it does not change the fact that PXEN is a producing company, which in this current AIM wild west market is the equivalent of having it made.
I don't think the SP drop is in any way correlated with the TTF - not that it would be worth trading it up and down on that basis without knowing how much is being extracted (flow rates) for that period.
Down 25% from the high of 52 euros,,no news due before Christmas, will see what the price is in january.but I bet I can get 5.25 or lower.but at least our coffers are still being filled.
ShortEverything, "Well well people starting to wake up to this CEO" - I take it you have had this experience? Did he make you a cooked breakfast and call you a cab?
This is a growth share that is cash positive awaiting the next leg of its growth journey. If you were going to try and short this I suppose you would want to try and spread some FUD but sleeping with the CEO - well done Sir!
Personally, I dont plan to wake up to this CEO - He gets paid to do a job and he seems to be doing his job.
Misinformation short, well, you said it, everything...
37% JV for Selva. Looks like you aren't good with numbers, perhaps investing isn't good for you? £250k is more than reasonable - do you think you should be paid for free? Many council leaders get paid £400k yet i don't see you up in arms and complaining to your MP about it. Some university Vice Chairs get paid 800k! just to put things in perspective - and they are NOT revenue producing they take either tax payer money or student loan money.
You maths is atrocious - how about you have a think that at the end of November we banked £450,000 revenue from Spain and the Selva well. Every month we get that. Every month.
Think on it.
Interestingly 33% is close to the percentage KB owns I PVE.Guess you better tell him the bad news.
Well well people starting to wake up to this CEO , getting 250k a year total scandal for such a small company he is laughing all the way to bank . With GAS falling so much as well this company has still millions of CLN to sell December and up To March 2024 how you think there staying afloat all these shares that are being dumped are CLN it’s obvious. They must be loss making now and will need funding for any corporate activities if they ever get the permits 33% in PO Valley ha ha and he gets 250k for sat on his fat ass in his office .
He identified an opportunity, gathered finance via this public company and now he runs that to increase shareholder value.
His involvement isn't likely to change anytime soon (assuming his expanded production plans are met) so if this is your main beef with this share, I suggest it isnt for you.
Personally I take his involvement as key to stability going forward. I also have no idea of the day to day activity of the business, or the activity required to gain new options / permits etc so I dont know how hard he is working. I would also add that sometimes trying too hard can be contrary to shareholder value - rapid expansion and dilution (needed to justify a salary and bonus remuneration rather than in true best interests of shareholders.
Sorry for long post - its just that imho focussing on current state of director remuneration smacks of jealousy rather than objective thinking. Lets canvas views here - would you vote him out? If no, do you seriously expect him to volunteer a pay cut?
What does Mark Routh do for £20k a month?
Does anybody know?
A cushty little retirement gig for him and a few select mates.
