company has had it share price dropping pubs still closing tenants getting even more frustrated where will it all end
probably years and only after a legal challenge I would of thought but at least its unnerved them already ive had a letter warning about our obligations as a tenant sadly it was dressed up as a we wish you a happy and prosperus xmas message they are a spineless bunch of Wan---s that really think us tenants are stupid
Spot on, my Mum used to be a tenant landlord in the 70s and 80s and even then the Brewery would come in, paint the place out, only downstairs in the pub though and not upstairs where we lived. Then put the rent up. Its 50 times worse these days, what the Government need to do now is to make it compulsory for the Brewery to sell the pub to the landlord but not at the Breweries market price, but at a much much lower price to take into account how much the Landlord has paid in rent over the years. They could make it similar to Compulsory Purchase, that would sort the Pubco's out.
now its going to get interesting im sure the market rents will be top heavy in pubcos favour but the independent body should make them fair and as for the pubcos saying they wont be able to invest so much into pubs DONT MAKE ME LAUGH if you can get them to invest they put your rent up and recoup the investment 10 times over and if any repairs are there responsibility they only patch the things up I had cellar flaps that were falling off it took 5 years for new ones to go on everytime they came loose they sent contractor to put longer screws in its an absolute joke the only positive is they may lay off useless area managers driving around in luxury cars telling a landlord with 30 years experience to hold a quiz night on a Monday to improve trade LOL
Parliament's vote in favour of scrapping the beer tie as part of the statutory code is going to cause havoc but is excellent news for all the long suffering leaseholders & tenants of Punch & Enterprise. Green King will now pull out of the Spirit takeover.
they can do whatever they like but the business model is broken company still 1.8 billion in debt tenants not able to pay rents and closing down weekly its F------ good job they gave us spirit shares to compensate
simmo 05 .you will have to hold on to the bloody things like me..i had 1,000 I now only hold 50 " chuckle"
I have shares in PUB what's going on with them? I don't understand shares at all but these have shot up suddenly! Should I sell now or is it best to hold onto them?
so a 20 to 1 consolidation debt only reduced by 600m pubs are still closing at 37 per week 8 per week in London and south east and 2 per week in Essex Monday night only 15 customers tonight you tell me if this was a boxing match it would have been stopped long ago !!!
Going down the pan, 20 shares for 1. What a load of rubbish. Could not run a pi** *p in a brewery.
pub is under £2.3bn debt. 8p share is made to value 140p over the weekend. that some how made it look like have raised its market capital from £0.055bn to £0.3bn.if monday's its whole market capital is spent to pay the debt that will pay a very tiny fraction and- solid £2bn debt will remain. it is very suspicious thing here, that only 5 persons are on this board on the day when 8p shere trates at 140p.
a single person must have made multiple purchases on friday after online trading hours seased. if not a person then a syndicate of two or three manipulaters are involved in this deception. todays sellers are the actual day to day smaller traders and all the buyings showin up are themself investing to sustain todays rise as much longer time as possible. stock exchange regulators bodies must have under gone investigation already.
looks like only those friday big buyers are showing up as buyers to sustain raised share price. it is very dirty trick and deplorable. small traders are awere of this.
Something is really weird is going on here. There must be huge manipulations happening. 1.743.33%??! gotta be kidding.
why those big buyers who did not have time to buy before 4.30pm on friday have not turned up today? is it not a dirty deception? only these little traders have rushed and jumped into this big bunfire just to get burnt and why shuld they not get burnt badly?
grate suspicions arises there as some people load shares at 7.90p only after onine trading time is over on friday. this rise is not natural but artifically caused. how can this still billianons pound debt laden company share value sustain this rise. it will be seen in few days. definitely the the friday buyers will not lose any.....but today's buyers will be burnt badly that is for sure...
AT 1 for 20....7.5p should have been £1.50 but opened at £1.40, fair enough market was down, but now £1.27...that's a biggish drop today. For no reason ????
may be back to 8p . they will not lose but today's traders will...surely.
they are already shocked for what they have thrown away on friday and there are not such bulk buyers today as they thought there would many. only the usual small traders are trading.if they are not able to sell it by today they will left with 15pence per share by this friday. watch out
SHORTS ON, huge debt!!!!
friday investors are doomed. to invest on such poor news was very stupid thing.
may look good but you have no money money than you had a couple of days ago
good punt for someone who did invest though.
