as his stake goes down in value but he has still got a very comfy salary which he doesn't deserve,
2x 2m @ 8.70p, something is occurring, could well hit 60m volume the way its going and price not recovering
Get? The new lot are making Nick look competent. Oh well, roll on some news flow. And please dont promise shareholder value, especially if you dilute us all even further
08.74p Buy or sell, bloody high to make out but its the lowest price of the day
A lot higher volume than usual, hope its not a placing as there is another 12m trades in the pipeline looks like buys but the price is not moving a jot
Once we get the sells out of the way, a 6.5m one at just .09p
.
fund raise alongside an investment, price looks like it is being held here for a reason.
order I can by 25k at .10p. I have just taken a 5 mill dent out of this!
Full offer being paid, think losses will be trimmed later
Some good number of buys going through but price isn't budging and have got alittle cheaper which makes me think that there must be a few million on L3 waiting to be sold, more buys than sells and the price is down 17%, that also is a farce unless there are more sells waiting. Wish I had never heard of VRS and then PRS
Agreed, the price is an absolute farce
and I will have to add again, count everything up and despite the disasters there is still alot here than the current mc, NL needs to consider his position, can't believe that the new people are putting up with his shit
why do we get all this RNS stuff re prosafe ? listed in oslo with the same ticker "PRS" . come on lse , sort it out !
Thought it was all going to get better with all the recent corporate action but Nick holding firm, can't believe the new people are still putting up with this nonsence
still here too Scotty , and believing this will still come good .
Am I the last one standing? :-(
Should be soon, as is an update. Its frustrating as hell just now, especially with the continual price drops
More paper money vanishes, thanks PRS. So much shareholder value on offer
We are bleeeing money whilst Nicks replacements seem to be offering nothing new up. 2018, same old nonsense
Hope thats not the new shortly here. We must be due a quarterly? Surely the new guys are all aware of the clandestine behaviour of Nick and know the shareholders are looking for more news flow and more clarity going forward. Hopefully news is on the way, I need this misery to end.
There's no defending NL's history here and I find it surprising that he has so far survived the New Year's events which, for me, brought strong signals of a wake up call. In particular, Miton's 400k investment in a company with nothing obviously going for it, hinted at a new plan for the future direction of this company. We saw some early action to reduce Company overheads by way of building the sense of change but something more substantive is so far elusive though, of course, a good deal or deals could be expected to take a little time to put together. I continue to feel that Miton fund manager did not invest habit in order to share our historic mix of boredom and pain. In which case perhaps it's worth following his monthly commentary in search of insight into his fund's strategies and aims. This extract is from 28 Feb, the first full month following his PRS investment: "...Generally, the trusts positioning has been moving towards holdings where immediate cashflow was more certain. In spite of the unsettled markets we continue to identify a number of new opportunities where companies are putting capital to work with the prospect of generating relatively quick paybacks..."
Another one that went pear shaped for Nick, LDP the lucky throw of the dice all those years ago that has kept his head above water, fingers crossed the new regime starts delivering on everything Pinocchio has promised but failed to deliver
Cheers GheeBhee , looks like PLMO has to do exceptionally well for PRS to make up its investment , still there's other Irons in the fire
375,000,000 (bought at 0.4 with PRS shares not cash) which is 4.77% (was 25% originally) after yesterday's dilution, apparently. I wonder how much of the price rise today was to help some of those buying of the brokers at 0.1 to offload.
