Is tied up with shumba in which prsh as a stake .
Also interesting that there seem to have been no trades today either sell or buy. Very odd.
Have just checked again. Still coming up "not dealable". Might give them a call tomorrow to find out why not if others are still able to trade.
What time was that? SelfTrade was no prob for 2m buy and under the mid was too tempting on my mid-term view, things finally bubbling and all that...GL.
On share.com my broker they are allowing sells but not buys?
2m :-)

How many shares do we have?
Get your wallet open and get spending. This is as low as its gonna go, everywhere else is seeing small drops but we hold steady
I am holding off at present hoping to get back in near where I left at .13 Still see this as along term riser but only when the dead wood has gone and they start to give out info to investors
Youd think we had been suspended from trading. No buys or sells, all very quiet
Great news from the Eridge AGM! Nick Lee gets to actively manage the PRS investment in New World/Eridge for another year. Shame there was no plan to deliver shareholder value from the British Virgin Islands to be shared. Still, Big Sofa looks to have been a cracking investment so there is something to look forward to in 2018.
Always looked hard for Melissa's requisition to proceed/succeed after the placing was announced so today's news not too surprising. That said, her requisition has already served much of its purpose by provoking the events that have taken place in the days since. More positives than (sadly) we've seen for a very long time even if, for now, those perceived positives remain somewhat tenuous. Just feeling that a meeting or two between the various parties would have been likely and, in order to avoid the "awkwardness" of the proposed EGM for current management, I'm guessing that a number of reassurances, perhaps concessions, will have been put forward as an olive branch from the PRS side by way of examining the scope for withdrawal of the EGM requisition which, of course, happened today. If so, Melissa's acceptance of the olive branch can undoubtedly be seen as a positive signal to us all. Hopefully, in the not too distant, we may all discover what she pressed for and what satisfied her. Could still easily see NL being a casualty of all this but maybe allowing him to depart via a graceful resignation, hopefully then replaced by a strong candidate, in it to take the company forward with fresh purpose to the benefit of us all and not just a serial self-serving wipe!
Found it MTR RNS July 14th 2014 2,000,000 new Ordinary Shares have been issued to Nicholas Lee (a former director of the Company) in lieu of consultancy fees (before VAT) payable for the period from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013 under the terms of his non-executive role in the company when it was known as Brady Exploration plc. Paternoster Resources plc, a company of which Nicholas Lee is chairman of, is beneficially interested in 16,977,675 Ordinary Shares representing 9.77% of the share capital of the Company (as enlarged by the issue of the Fee Shares)
Remenber years ago he made a nice few quid in MTR with the 2 million shares he got there
So he should and soon. Having helped himself to 90k from New World Oil and Gas before steering it to de=listing plus however much he's taken this year.- probably another 60k, that's not a bad return on our 250k investment there. For him that is, because there's little enough left in the kitty after the loan to Big Sofa. He's up for re-election on the NEW board on Monday so he can get even closer to having it all.
Perhaps Nick is gonna quit rather be ousted out? Fingers crossed
Let's hope the EGM has been called off for the right reasons. Long Live the Revolution !
I agree. If one thing definitely has to change it's that PRS must start to flag up and mirror the RNS events of the investee companies in order to publicise itself. Beyond proper transparency on the things you mention, we also have, for example, major news from i3e this morning and now a release from PLMO telling us of a 80k loan (presumably to progress its RTO) BUT ALSO of NL stepping down there, supposedly to give more attention to his other business interests. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that NL has had a rocket from our new investors and his cosy, overpaid existence here is at an end. Whether that's achieved by a big shake up from the demands of his new masters or whether he will be forced to step down here too remains to be said but I think one thing is for sure - we are on the cusp of real change - at last!!
I think they own 171180 shares and 82457 cora
Resigns from PLMO to concentrate on other business interests.
I see i3E has made a move upwards in the last couple of days. The problem as far as I am aware, is that shareholders here do not know how many shares PRS own in them or the price they paid. The same applies to the other spin off from Glenwick Cora Gold. Did they get better terms than private investors? With shareholders being kept in the dark regarding news it is difficult for potential shareholders to know whether to buy in or not.
Have been crossed and is dotted lets start moving on. For a start someone update the bleeding website. October was the last time some pages where updated. Be good to know exactly who is holding what and a nice chunky exciting investment to start the ball rolling. As good as it was to see Amanda giving an interview and mentioning how shed like to see prs turned tonfor investmey like with Alecto/Cradle Arc, she negated to mention the paper loss its currently delivering us, and well the rest of the interview could have been penned by Nick Lord Lucan Lee as it was very open with his ambiguous tone. I dont wanna hear we will do this or we can do that, I wanna see things happening, soon preferably.
Now that the options on shares are gone for NL, perhaps he can purchase some shares to show that he really can walk the talk when he meant that the shares are undervalued....and what happened to the buyback that was mentioned earlier....where are the RNSes relating to investment update....when is eridge capital floating and also the update on Polemos PLC reverse takeover.....what's the current situation on number of shares held and their value on current investment....
Thank you
