Would be nice to see Paragon actually update their website even to let us know they are still alive and kicking!
Well it's certainly interesting news about Mothae. Let's just hope it's good news and PRG have in fact acquired it.
The news is also being reported elsewhere interesting!! http://en.africatime.com/lesotho/articles/lesotho-open-four-new-diamond-mines-minister
Interesting, although it seems to contradict this article posted 10 hours ago according to Google hxxp://www.di.se/artiklar/2016/1/4/lucara-affar-stalls-in--koparen-kan-inte-betala/ i'll be very happy if the Minister is correct though!
Mothae aquired by PRG? so does that mean prg have closed out funding and infact the sudden nomad resignation was just a blip hmmmmmmmmmm
JSCSC, sounds just like the news we're all hoping for, fingers crossed. Thanks for the post.

Holeefook, I have to agree with you 100%. Unless I'm being extremely naive, I don't see what personal gain PM can get from this situation. Unless there's some dodgy way that all the shareholders end up losing everything whilst PRG retains Lemphane.
Although I have no doubt things go on behinde the scenes that PI's are not informed of, I cannot see what PM could get out of this situation. As far as we can see he has his own money and certainly his reputation at stake. If he was trying to take the company private surely there were easier ways to do it, and it would still need shareholder approval.I maybe ignorant but I would still like to think he was just over confident' and tried to be clever suspending the shares to cover his misjudgement. That backfired when the Nomad resigned.Happy New Year All. .
Mike, one way or another, Lucara will get rid of Mothae. We just have to wait and see if PRG are able to purchase it. Happy new year, let's hope it proves to be better than 2015.
RNS yesterday still stating that Mothae is in the process of being divested??
he will not in the near future'
quindell let us face it you were no more in the know than anyone on this board although you seem to make you were. yes manduca has failed to get funding so far but does not mean to say he will not even without an aim listing. If you are so in the know why are you companies such as GSR etc, stop making out you are something you are not.
What about off line discussions?
Johnny, I was actually given several warnings by emails from LSE and even had a temporary suspension on this matter several months ago. Unfortunately I don't feel comfortable disclosing any info on these boards, PRG hasn't been a real priority of mine at all after I sold out and have only genuinely attempted to obtain info to help those PI's that were left invested because I GENUINELY wanted to help out PI's, I hate seeing them loose when the crooks running the show are consistently benefitting. AIM is a very skewed market, and the situation at PRG really has made my blood boil don't let PM try to fool you. Go back and look at the events over the past 6-8 months and try to make sense of this whole situation in an impartial manner.
Would you be comfortable emailing us off line with any further details that you have in regard to what has been going on in the background and what might be PMs plan for the future? Maybe you could set up a gmail address and we can all reach you there? Perhaps a condition of correspondence would be that we send you a screenshot of our trading accounts so that you know you're conversing with retail PIs rather than stooges...
I only wish I'd listened to Quindell back in Aug or Sep was it, when he told us the finance package was in danger. Hindsight I know but the fact of the matter is, he definitely knew something. So Quindell, what's the latest on the PRG debacle?
Its a bit strong for people to come on here calling PM an eloquent crook unless they know something the rest of us dont. I notice PM twitter account @PFSManduca has been deleted, possibly people may have been giving him and his family a hard time on there. Hopefully positive moves are on-going in the background and PM can prove his worth and the doubters wrong. We have to hope words provided in the RNS earlier this month are genuine and can be followed by better news early next year. GLA
Quindell, welcome back. So what do you think the outcome will be? As it stands, PM will lose alot more than us PIs, is there anything dodgy going on where we could lose out but he's quids in?
Unfortunately the main stumbling block was PM - he was an extremely arrogant, pretentious snob who grabbed the pi's attention with his outlandish projections and whole facade about being on the investors side. He is an eloquent crook! This whole situation was evidently avoidable and you know..... lets just say things went according to PM's plans.....
I have had an email from my broker Beaufort along the lines of below.Seems we do not have do anything other than wait and Pray!!. Even in very worse case of Admin they have to hold the record until final liquidation /outcome. I still have Afren shares shown awaiting their final outcome.[we all know what that is unfortunately].Lets hope this is not like that and can rise from the ashes.Seems to be some improvement on other diamond shares GEMD/PDL hopefully is an improvement in sector sentiment which may help us. GLA .
Thanks for all the responses on this. I sincerely hope for everyone that PM and PRG come through for all of this and back up what they state in that they will act in the best interests of ALL shareholders. Heres to getting the funding sorted, new nomad and a re-listing. Hopefully we will get some positive news on this in the New Year. GL and HNY to you all.
Your share status will be held with your stockbroker. It will show what you paid and how many shares you have. They will be held until new information is forthcoming. If they relist then your stockbroker will show new value and will commence as per normal. If the company goes into administration then we will have to wait until we see what happens. My broker will issue a share certificate for £30.
Hi Soultyke, I've not yet been in touch with my broker, so not sure what to expect. I've got some of my shares in an ISA which apparently is not allowed. If anyone can offer any advice on this whole situation, it would be greatly appreciated. As far as I am aware, we still hold shares in PRG, be it now a private company and should it relist, our shares are very relevant. GLA.
Hi Guys, First time i have been in this situation with a company in this position and it doesnt look good viewing my portfolio with 100% loss. I have held shares in PRG for just over 2 years and added to my initial holding along the way. I have a trading account with TD Waterhouse and have yet to recieve information about where i stand with these shares. i do intend to contact TDW on this but wondered if anyone had already been in contact with there broker and recieved any advice? Is this basically a case of waiting to see if they can get the funding they require and a new Nomad and a re-listing. Are your existing shares still relevant if/when this happens?
