The only way GR can sort out this utter mess is to stop the $1M loan, repay from a personal unsecured loan to PREM the money borrowed against Circum to Regent Mercantile and bring as stated RHA into profitable production.
Anything else will have no effect. Once RHA is running and turning a profit, use that money to drill ZULU. The share price and the stability of the company will take care of itself then.
Lord help us we now have the 3 stooges all posting now and more interested in me than acknowledging their part in creating this mess ..... you took the pith out of everybody who tried to help you out here (Woodpeckers, Val etc) licked rear ends of fools and became sheep cheerleaders and now you're all a little upset.
Tough luck folks you'll get no sympathy off me, have you never noticed the correlation between the more fools like yourselves about and the lower the share price? Don't strain the grey cells too much
Totally agree with you Eddie.
E666 - most stupid post ever on here and that' saying something. It was the likes of you and all the other shareholders who didn't stand a chance when good ole Napom was around because that's when the opportunity to do something was here. Now run along and look at how much you're down here and throw the crap where it is actually due.
**** sake guys, can we stay on topic! Our money is being flushed down the pan!
Morning Jessell, what you so tetchy about? For a long time you were one of the good ole boys on team ramp jumping down peoples throats for questioning what was going on so I really don't give a pith whether you like my posting or not. For too long you were part of the problem so don't come on here now with your holier than thou baloney just because you're another one with the smug smile wiped off your face. Look in the mirror and down at Prem HQ if you're down a few quid and hurting because it's sod all to do with me.
Let’s see if this makes sense. Prem raise from the share cap to lend a million quid to fund the loan, company goes private before maturity of the interest payment payments in a years time and also still private at maturity when the cash gets paid back. Shareholders take the hit for a million and not shareholders get 1.2 million in two years time. Works equally as well with a low ball hostile take over. Sound plausible? Any other variants?
Anyway, shareholders should block the cap raise but then I guess there will be more loans secured against Circum shares. All the time Zulu and RHA sitting idle.
Lloyd it may sound that you now have a minimum stake left in here but can you satisfy my curiosity how much did that 1m cost you to buy?
Lloyd, probably a wise choice but glad you kept a token Million so hope we see you back on here at some time in the future (obvious caveat being it may be a very short time before this all unravels so don't leave it too long). Good chats over the last year or so.
im all sold up now, just 1,000,000 left.... in the vague hope something happens. Share Cap to be raised or prem de-lists. That is fact as per GR. So now we are well and truly over a barrel. The amount of shares for even £10k raise is obscene. Let alone £1,000,000 dead.
What bloody use are the AIM authorities?
Chippy, it'd be the size of War and Peace.
Lets make a copy and paste post of everything that doesn't make sense.
Massive dilution for a loan to another miner to "build a relationship" when RHA and Zulu have stood idle.
So we lost approx 50% on the ACRM shares god help us, every deal, purchase, funding or investment orchestrated by GR has cost us the share holders money the man is just making it up as he goes along. Would he make the same stupid mistakes if it was his own money ?
Thanks Jeremiah - I missed that as I searched for ARCM and couldn't see results. Thanks for pointing it out. Just a pity we still didn't have them eh.
Haha 15 hrs playing poker 4,400$ up (just with A pal )most probably more than your entire holding Jessie ;
What’s worse attacking Shareholders who have smelt the coffee ?? or reading this board, an daily trying to police who posts here, while hanging on to any scraps Gr throws out.
Well,It’s been 6 years an ten fold dilution with no shareholder value whatsoever so chile out ,an yes you are right ,the cheerleaders have gone ,it’s just the wounded S/H that cannot except the car crash .
HorseBox1 - from the recent results RNS on 1st July. At the end of section 9) headed 'Investments'
"Premier converted 412 500 Casa shares into 6 128 822 new Arc Minerals shares. As at 31 December 2018 all shares were sold in Arc Minerals (2017:$0,196 million).
(9) Sale of Arc Minerals Shares 2 500 000 @ 0.0315 GBP
(10) Sale of Arc Minerals Shares 500 000 @ 0.03225 GBP
(11) Sale of Arc Minerals Shares 651 456 @ 0.0285 GBP
(12) Sale of Arc Minerals Shares 2 200 000 @ 0.03025 GBP
(13) Sale of Arc Minerals Shares 277 366 @ 0.0301 GBP
There was no RNS reporting the disposition of the ARCM shares. He quietly transacted them. I have a feeling that they were actually PREM and GR, like a bed & ISA. Appear to have been sold, but actually got transferred to GR. Like I always said, he has no plan to let the ARCM shares slip through his greasy fingers. No proper explanation have been given regarding what he did with the money/proceeds. That phrase working capital covers a multitude of sins.
The webinar made complete sense to me... More dilution or PREM goes tits up... So now is not the time to buy!! It's comical, when one of the dangling carrots falls another appears ;-)
Jeremiah were was RNS confirming our ARCM shares were sold when and for what price etc?
That's right jess. They dont post here as they have private webinars to attend....
Thanks CB, saved me the bother. Jessell is probably right though, there's no point crying over spilt milk so I won't bother posting here any more. Posting here won't make any difference to the outcome anyway. All I can hope is that I can make up my losses elsewhere.
NaPom, Smiley, Teaboy, Mac, CF73, Xulu, Mal, and a whole host of proven wrong Rampers who have since vanished along with any shareholder value:)
I retract the word 'filthy' in that last post as it's below my usual standards of decency..
Actually, after reading some of your earlier history with multiple whingeing, bilious posts a day I think I will be the one to filter you. There's nothing worse than a filthy hypocrite.
