The concern for me is when Nahab decides this H business is of no more interest to him. He's slowly sell into any buy until he's made another fortune. It's just an interest for him. I think the company is still a R&D company and will just tick along as such.
32 trades yesterday and 19 trades today. I guess everyone's just waiting on the sidelines ready to pounce when the time is right :-)
I look back here every now and then to see if anything's changed. Nope. Still not impressed.
MIKODX - Give it a rest....FFS...
Lots of buys and good trade volume yesterday and today.
Could see this tick up over the coming days.
Quite MIKODX I see a big future potential and having been walked through most of their products it does appear that these power cells can help provide a complete off grid autonomy for power generation, when combined with renewables.
The hydrogen tank, electorlyser, battery bank and renewable power source work well as a complete turn key solution. The partnerships are in place to make this a possibility too. This stuff will really help future housing developments reduce their carbon footprint as the hydrogen systems could be used for district heat and power generation.
They also have an off grid EV charging station aswell, which was really exciting.
I would just like them to market themselves more as the applications are boundless and the power cells are lower maintenance than generators and just as safe.
A long haul. I bought a small tranche outside my ISA, so once I have stocked up on a few other sleeping Giants I will turn my attentions back to this and buy a decent holding in the ISA and hope that in time people will find out more about PPS.
MMA_Hemp - Join the club. I bought in three tranches, the first lot @79 the second @76 and third @56. Managed to average down to 69. I'm sure the money could be better spent elsewhere but I like PPS and the work they're doing for the green sector, I feel they will soon come good, the potential is huge.
The company has been developing their products for just over a year now and have only recently won significant contracts. I think they are overall in an upward momentum. I'm here for the long term so the recent dips don't bother me too much. If it drops to 40 i'll average down some more.
sell off or bottom fishing before reversal?
Hi all, small holder here, been in since February.
Stupidly bought at 77p. Could have waited.
I spoke to Manfred regarding potential B2B transactions. The problem I see is that they are excellent engineers and know the products very well, but the sales side of things could be far more efficient and lay person friendly, amongst other things. They certainly dont care about the AIM listing over in Germany.
Felt like they were missing a few tricks. I almost wanted to ask if they needed a business development manager in the UK. Anyway disruptive green tech, but I feel like I could be making more money elsewhere right now.
Hopefully once the aerospace industry picks up we might see improvements. Long hold.
Do you think its maybe nobody wants to talk to you? Ha ha !
This has got to be the quietest board on LSE. A great RNS and only one comment. That's another contract won, this time Electra Commercial Vehicles. So we now have partnerships in UK as well as EU. Good times ahead.
Holding Firmly.
https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/PPS/memorandum-of-understanding/15026733
Sid Sadique, Chairman of Electra Commercial Vehicles Ltd, commented: "We have been assessing fuel cell systems from a number of suppliers and are very pleased to have signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Proton Motor. The system and engineering support from Proton will allow Electra to expedite the development of its new range of fuel cell - battery electric trucks that will help meet the increasing demand for zero emission trucks in the UK."
Interesting that Proton has won out against a range of fuel cell providers
http://www.emec.org.uk/press-release-duke-and-duchess-of-cambridge-put-spotlight-on-tidal-energy/
Proton is mentioned as supplying the fuel cell
Let's not forget the last order we had, " PPS has received a 4th order from a large international engineering and aerospace group for four more Proton Motor "PM Module S8" fuel cell systems for the autonomous provision of energy and heat.
The customer further indicates that there may be further follow up orders to come in the pipeline.
Dr. Nahab, CEO of Proton, commented: "We are delighted to be working with this important customer for the long term and we expect that the relationship will expand to include training and service to support international sales."
With countries slowly opening back up, things should start picking up in the aerospace industry. The next order could be a big one.
daltry - Still sniffing around.
Filtered.
mikodx _ Why don't you just b----r off, and do your 'important things. You are pathetic.
testpack3 - I've got much more important things to do with my life than trawl through your posting history. If you bought in at 2 and 7p and sold at 27p that means you made a good profit from the company, yet you continue to throw them under the bus. Your some kind of work. Sounds like your not happy with anything even when your winning. My hunch is you sold too early and missed out when it spiked up to 50p then £1.25, your now feeling very sore. Bet you wish you had held longer.
Nahib has turned PPS into a company with a market value of £450M. So much for his stranglehold on debt. You seem unable to grasp the very concept that a Company that covers it's debt with what it turns over, is actually more valueable than a company that has no debt but little turnover. The debt doesn't matter so long as it is being paid off comfortably.
I may have arrived at the party late but I'll be here right up until this hits £2. With the Hydrogen market ready to take off especially in Germany, I don't see any reason why PPS can't play a big part in it. The mother of all RNS's will soon land to shake up the SP and you unfortunately will be out, that's unless your willing to buy back in at much higher price. Better luck next time.
tenapen- Another solid day ? Get real.
You did great, testpack,
So why haunt a past hold with negative comment ?
You don't like pps anymore, okay just move on !.
From a great trade to a troll isn't a good look imho.
Ps, with so much growth ahead for the clean energy sector, I'd be disappointed if someone took us out. I am happy that Mr Nahib holds so many a T/O is unlikely.
Looking at the tape... there is definitely some interest on the bid side! Follow the money.
mixodx
If you had looked attentively at my posting history on PPS you could not have failed to notice that I was posting 7 years ago on PPS. At that time the sp was somewhat below 2p, and I bought consistently up to 7p. I saw the coming of H2 and HFC at this time. I sold all my holding at 27p. I am not a fan of the business model of dr Nahib and his stranglehold on debt. The Company will not attract suitors with this model, and every new order will require Nahib to #fund' the Company. The Company is his personal 'play toy', and a financial legacy for his family. I have had discussions with Daltry on the subject of this debt, and he, surprisingly was in your camp of thinking. I can guarantee that both he and I have/had a significantly better buying in price than you. There are better pickings elsewhere in the 'energy' market.
Another solid day for Proton Motor :-)
Have a good weekend All
daltry - Don't flatter yourself, no one is interested in your rantings as you can see by the recommendations lol. You said in your earlier comment that your looking to exit out of this Share. Well please hurry up and do us all a favour, the sooner the better.
Make sure to close the door firmly behind you.
Thanks.
MIKODX - I really don't know why you are so flatteringly obsessed with me. If I was that way inclined I'm sure there are better pickings out there than you.
Testpack3 summed you up pretty accurately.
As the Germans say "We must try harder !"
Off to golf and boys' lunch. Life is tough....
Daltry -I wasn't going to bother wasting my energy with you but I find you highly amusing and very light work. You say I'm new to the game. Well I wouldn't say I'm an expert but no I'm not new to the game. Do I know what a Short is? I hope so otherwise I really shouldn't be trading.
It's certainly very amateurish though that you got caught on the spike and still haven't managed to average down your holding. Not much of an expert are you. Like they say, there's no fool like an old fool. Good luck all the same.
testpack3 - I'm all for constructive criticism and I don't have a problem with it. But CONSTANT criticism of the company and you start wondering why invest here in the first place then? I've looked through both your history and can't find one positive comment from either of you.
If your not happy with PPS you can always click the SELL button and go troll elsewhere. But I suppose you can't do that as you were probably one of those that bought on the spike and now badly burnt. That I'm afraid is your own doing and not the fault of PPS.
