Only an order add-on.
Not financially significant, or they would have to say so.
No new customers still.........
I feel this company is being left behind in the H2 tech race....
The Hydrogen sector is on the rise. At these prices it's time to load up, this will do a U turn soon for sure.
Yes the debt is not good, nor cash burn...can only hope that the new appointments sort this out.
I'm trying to push for hydrogen uptake within my work life, so taking a more proactive approach in general. Who knows how it will pan out at this stage...
The free float is small, but no good to either of us if it keeps bleeding out...
MMA_Hemp, i am worried here about the bed corporate management and the enorm growing debt.
it's obvious that this family management is a huge stumbling block and totally intransparent. Unfortunately.
the only positive sign here is the tiny free float of just 12,7%
Good post n888, it will start out on niche websites and snowball. Here's something else I found.

Also when people realise how cheap the shares are they won't second guess investing at these levels.
They just need to do better business development.
Let's not forget the macroeconomics on this space.

It could all still fall apart, which is why I haven't loaded up yet, but as I said in earlier posts, Ispoke to Manfred and they have ready to go products and turnkey solutions via partnerships. Being German they dont really care for keeping UK investors updated....potentially short sighted, but understandable.
Despite the poor performance here...hydrogen certainly making the headlines..

I think we are very early to the party. Too early perhaps, but hopefully proton may improve in time. Especially if investors are starting to search for Hydrogen plays.
is this gonna bleed?
what is this arab doing!???
Proton Motor has announced that its hydrogen fuel cells will be supporting a new project that would make it possible to overcome dependency on the grid at fast charging stations for battery electric buses.

I know the price has dipped, but this is a loss to me at this point anyway. This is the change I have been looking for. A new Director to focus on investor relations and getting these products out there, more promotion and better marketing. The cells are great and will only improve with time. Start making more sales and this may start to crawl back up to the 70p that I bought in at.
If I ever have some spair cash I may pop some of these in the ISA. Super long hold mind.
E-Trucks Europe orders more HyRange 43 hydrogen fuel cell systems from Proton Motor Power
The purchases will be deployed into the company’s waste collection vehicles.
E-Trucks Europe has placed another order from Proton Motor Power (LON stock symbol PPS) for seven more of the HyRange 43 hydrogen fuel cell systems. The idea is to use the fuel cell and electric hybrid technology company’s systems in garbage collection trucks.
This is not the first order E-Trucks Europe has placed from Proton Motor Power for the tech.
The first five hydrogen fuel cell systems E-Trucks Europe ordered from Proton Motor Power occurred back in January 2020. The refuse vehicles that will be equipped with the HyRange 43 equipment are already “fully electrified” garbage trucks, said E-Trucks Europe. Those vehicles have 136 kWh batteries. However, the company is adding the new HyRange systems to act as range extenders. In this way, the hope is to be able to achieve “almost continuous” daily operation, according to a Proton Motor Power announcement of the order.
The E-Trucks H2 powered waste vehicles have been deployed in several cities in the Netherlands, including Best, Breda, Eindhoven, Groningen, and Helmond. Now, a new order will help to expand the use of these types of vehicles and add range to those had been exclusively battery electric.
The hydrogen fuel cell systems contract also involves five years of maintenance services.
The new contract’s terms require Proton Motor Power to deliver the ordered equipment within the next 18 months. On top of that, the companies have also entered into an agreement in which Proton Motor Power will be providing E-Trucks Europe with maintenance services for the next half decade.
“We are delighted with this order which, following E-Trucks Europe’s initial order for five units, confirms the attraction and reliability of Proton’s HyRange extenders in harsh, real life commercial vehicle applications,” said Dr. Faiz Nahab, chief executive officer of Proton Motor Power.
H2 is being viewed as increasingly promising both on its own and as a hybrid with battery electric power, due to its rapid refuelling and long range availability while being a zero emission source of energy.
Great RNS new fuel cell for prototype refuse truck. Could lead to fleet this is looking good.......
If it was a significant amount that would have greatly affected the business then PPS would have to quote numbers. The fact that they haven't means that it's not significant, more than likely less than a million, just enough to help with the monthly cashburn and reducing the loan. But the main thing is our foot is in the door. Maybe down the line we could see bigger orders.
We also still have the Framework agreement with Apex energy for our fuel cell systems, were also contracted with Shell New Energies with bigger orders in the pipeline. We're also contracted with Italian company Fincantieri who are one of the world's largest shipbuilding groups. We also have contracts with Austrian corporation Linsinger Maschinenbau Gesellschaf, for the world´s first integration of a fuel cell into a rail milling machine.
Any significant orders from any of the above companies will see this Share take off as we've seen in the past. It's not looking great at the moment but I'm sure this will start to tick up soon. Either you believe or you don't, nothing is guaranteed. If you don't then just move on, if you do then hold and be patient. 45p could look very cheap in a few months or even weeks time.
The patient will soon take from the impatient.
Holding Firmly.
the sp is build on the german stocks, i.p. on TG. whatever happens here ist irrelevant.
Seems strange to me that although an extension rather than a new customer a significant order and the SP is actually down! Surely this is +ve news and good customer relationship that bodes well?
Another add-on order, but no new customers......Glad I'm out .......
Great news, PPS definitely going places. Hopefully when the market picks up we will see the highs of 125 like we did back in January.
Holding firmly.
Another order, would be nice to get some new customers. The sector s down since the beginning of the year hope now to see a turn around. GLA
is the Nahab family about to screw all its shareholders ... with a new dilution VERY SOON again?
Great news but we need stronger sales growth to move PPS out of it current price range.
In my opinion that was wise. I had high hopes for this company when I invested 5 years ago. All the hype gave me a good profit but I just can't see this company going anywhere against all the competition that's developed...even if they can get beyond their massive debt pile. For their sake I'm glad they are restructuring some of the debt terms, but it's hard to see it working out in favour of private shareholders. Happy to be proven wrong and wish those holding for a bright future all the best of luck.
toneman- Your last sentence was correct.
To be honest, slightly surprised you're still around here daltry. Does this mean you're clinging on to these shares? Or are you same as me, sold a while back and just keeping an ear to the ground?
