'' TD colluded with ARCM by providing them 80M shares''
This should also be investigated.
Peanuts - a derisory fine. And far too late.
i bet TD knew of this growing short position all along. and why didn't the FCA act sooner.
I guess TD colluded with ARCM by providing them 80M shares at discounted price to close their short. If they tried to close their short by buying 80shares on open market, the share price could be a lot higher....
Just my op.
But shareholders lost much more than 850k !!!!!! and still loosing because of those cheaters who are killing British company and making British households poorer !!!!
Nice!
cleatclinger,

I hope is clear.
Thanks
Bet Tonys bums squeezing now the FCA are looking at recent activity, just the 82m shares equity at 25p each you owe us now please Guys, call it 30 and we will hear no more about it. :-)
Good, I genuinely hope There is more to follow for ARCM they deserve a bigger fine than that. If anyone has any good advice going forward from solicitors or citizens advice I would really appreciate any guidance.
I'm going to speak to some solictors. Phoned FCA who were helpful but said obviously not covered by them and speak to citizens advice and the LSE directly. I'm going to approach solicitors directly but am exceedingly busy with work sadly.
I even bought shares the same day ARCM started shorting and bought my last shares before they told the market so it really was the exact period of time, so feel there has to be a claim here.... AK57 not sure how you can pass me your contact details or if anyone else keen then we can try this. Ideally no cost or v low cost initially unless we think probability of winning is incredibly high
wahoooooo market likes the news.
I would like to join you, but no legal experience.
https://www.cityam.com/regulator-fines-arcm-for-breaches-of-short-selling-rules/
FCA have finally fined ARCM £850k-odd for the short selling fiasco.
I personally lost a substantial amount of money on PMO over this period and would likely have taken a very different view to investing in the company had i been aware one of their main lenders had built up this sizeable short position.
I feel there has to be a legal claim here now they have been 'found guilty' - anyone got experience or care to join me in a class action?
