personally I hope that the outstanding loan in Oyster has been sold to gunsynd on a favourable term that gives PLMO/DBOX a share in the future income this company was supposed to give us when we originally invested.
The last thing I want to see is it totally written of.
Somehow, at the very least we must be able to keep the loan papers on hold and not enforce anything until it is worth doing so.
Or sell it.
To Gunsynd, hopefully.

I expect that the Oyster loan has been written off
Oyster look to be defunct, albeit still listed in Toronto.
Expensive litigation to recover money from a Company which would
go into administration is pointless.

Don’t think it’s legislation is it, Socialist?
My account with AJ Bell still calling it PLMO and valuing my holding at zero. Quoting a price but can’t trade.
I agree it’s really poor but there are greater injustices in this world.
More interested in what happened to our £800k of loans to Oyster and Securlynx. Have we made any attempt to recover them? Reckless investments by the former BOD. Is this the sole reason that the deal was done at 0.7p instead of 1.1p as originally announced?
So, What's are your thoughts lads after today?
My thought is utter disbelief in this so called financial capital of the world.
Not in DBOX so far, with my current knowledge.
But can anyone please explain to me, how in 2019, a mighty nation like the UK, with a financial hotspot like London, can allow legislation to be in place, that causes such an abysmal scenario as we witnessed Thursday the 28-2-2019.
I have 2 different brokers. Neither had changed the it from PLMO to DBOX this morning. Nor was the correct allocated amount of shares in my account.
In other words I could not start trading at 0800, when the floor opened.
With what I went through, talking to my broking companies, I am amazed that more then 900000 shares managed to be traded today.
A system where each broker is supposed to make the calculations of share allocations themselves, but are under no obligations to do so and have it ready for trading on the first day, when the bell sounds, is a shamble and utter joke.
When I called Hargreaves Lansdown, I was told they hoped to have it ready sometime Friday the 1-3-2019 and no later then Monday the 4-3-2019.
Seriously?
Potentially up to 5 days after admission, before I can sell out of some of my shares, or all of them if I should so desire.
I could have lost a fortune by then if the share price starts a downward trend.
Thursday there was a price difference of 2 pence between high and low.
This is a spread I would have loved to be in on.
What's are your thoughts lads after today?

charles52.... I'm in the same boat at 43p and that's after averaging down 3 times!
Also is'nt there about a third more dilution to come?
Thank you knicol46
Just watched in full
Been with Polemos since at least 2012
Here's hoping!
I need 40p to break even
At this rate it would make a sensible "average down"
Wonder if DBOX could be a "take out" 3 to 5 years?

The closing price of PLMO was 0.7p. The consolidation opens us at 14p. The value of DBOX added on should be materially higher - but the market will decide. Good luck all.

Just going off the past...it’s not all, but you generally find that smallish brokers are a bit slow and only react when people start phoning in...
I am with HL
My Polemos holding is allready showing in
"Other" holdings so guess brokers are getting ready for tomorrow

I better phone my Broker first thing. I may add to my holding
depending on sp.
No - what normally happens with a new ticker is that PIs not able to trade because the new epic code is not yet registered with many of the brokers lol
Shareholders - Digitalbox 28 Polemos 93
Add in one or two institutional investors.
So less than 130 shareholders.
MM's presumably will have shares on their books from some of the
28 Digitalbox shareholders.Guess most of them have the rest of their
holdings locked in for the year ahead.
So if they need more tomorrow they will need some from us.
Here is my prediction - a fall from 14 pence on the open, to flush out those
locked in, who will want out at any price.
Then a rapid rise from 9.00 onwards.
Hope to be proved wrong with a open way above 14 pence.

yes should be pretty good
divide your holdings by 20 - round down if not whole number.
Not all brokers will be awake tomorrow so give them a call to action the change if not able to trade from 8am.
How many shares should one get at opening tomorrow?
Long term I’m expecting more than that. More like 40p plus I will wait and see what they have planned then make a decision.
I see the name change with Companies House already done.
Polemos plc (AIM: PLMO), announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. Consequently, the acquisitions of Digitalbox Publishing (Holdings) Limited and Mashed Productions Limited, the Placing, the MVC Subscription, the conversion of loan notes, the Share Reorganisation and various other matters (details of which were set out in a circular to shareholders dated 8 February 2019 (the "Admission Document")) can now proceed to completion and the change of the Company's name to Digitalbox plc can be registered at Companies House. Resolution numbered 1 in the Notice of General Meeting, being an ordinary resolution to be voted on by the Independent Shareholders to approve the waiver by the Takeover Panel of the obligation that would otherwise arise for the Concert Party to make a general offer for the Enlarged Group under the Rule 9 of the Takeover Code ("Whitewash Resolution"), was passed on a poll with 11,461,340 votes of Independent Shareholders, in favour and 270 votes against. Completion of the DBPH Acquisition and admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 28 February 2019 ("First Admission"), with the MP Acquisition and Admission of the MP Consideration Shares expected to complete on 5 March 2019 ("Second Admission"). In addition at the General Meeting, the appointments of James Carter, Jim Douglas, David Joseph, Martin Higginson and Sir Robin Miller to the board of the Company were approved and will take effect from First Admission. Nigel Burton, will remain a director whilst John Treacy will resign as a director on First Admission. The information on each of the new directors required to be disclosed under Schedule Two paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies is disclosed later in this announcement.
