And then back to 3.5% up IF you didn't know that there is news coming you would say it was a classic P&D
No longer back to 11% up
3leg now up by 29% today, matter of time before effect rubs onto PIRI especially when people see that PIRI were the deal makers IF its all true
From ADVFN this weeks big shell! 3LEG remember PIRI have 8% of 3LEG ...which is now worth more than the 0.23 they paid for it
3leg has moved ahead 11% this morning as speculation builds that they are the vehicle for EL
We are going to see action here today
PIRI seem to be the deal maker surely AVP will be next, have put a few notes into 3leg as a short term punt
not sure what is going to happen sweepie but SherlOck is a long term sufferer in PIRI AVP and 3LEG so he knows his onions 3LEG is getting some attention today so who knows!
The case is certainly building and if it is right then fireworks for all shells involved
European lithium rumour still doing the rounds... Sherl0ck Posts: 1,906 Premium Chat Member Off Topic Opinion: No Opinion Price: 0.27 View Thread (2)RE: ButSun 19:31Only because the total number of issues shares increased due to the placing, which meant his holding was no longer above 3%. He hasn't sold and that's why there no mention of a director deal. A specific RTO target was indeed put to the board and is currently in process. I'm hopeful that it's European Lithium. REM has already demonstrated the positive market reaction to Lithium plays, and the chance to get in at the ground level (and particularly before the herd) is compelling.
Not barking to me cos that's what I'm thinking too so have also taken a chunk of MITH onboard. I think key is that EL is said to be looking to raise £5m so it seems much more likely that it's being shaped up to fit into MITH's stated mission and the £3.4m cashpile MITH raised for the purpose. FWIW, I see PIRI more likely to be acting as facilitator to bring EL to market and probably also as an investor, helping to bridge the apparent £1.6m funding gap, presumably along with others having PR connections that are currently sitting on cash. BTW, MITH's sister company, CLEE set up by the same people and, like MITH, listed on the main market with a £3.4m cashpile at the back end of last year has already identified a satellite communications company as its target and is currently suspended pending the RTO. CLEE was assigned technology ambitions, MITH basic resource ambitions. MITH is rather behind its sister in the corporate events stakes but look what happened to the CLEE SP in mid-Feb ahead of events - EL could very easily be about to fit the bill for MITH.
Its quids in for PIRI as an investment company as PIRI as led by Peter Redmond surely formed a suitable shell for European lithium, namely Mithril MITH. The Company has been formed to undertake an acquisition of a target company or business and the board intend to focus on the natural resources sector in seeking acquisition targets. The Company has raised gross proceeds of £3,402,500 at a placing price of £0.03 per New Ordinary Share. Peter Redmond holds over 2%. Seems to me that Redmond does the leg work, PIRI invests and Mithril is the company. Maybe completely barking but just a thought.
Maybe somebody ought to tell EL!!!! That slip makes those e-mails look a bit iffy, good spot
Unfortunately the markets will be shut on 3/4/15 - Good Friday Fireworks needed on 2/4/15 or not until 7/4/15
Pires are in deep :)
Get some momentum buy buy
To rise today
I thought British Polar Engines was seeking the listing via 3leg as they took a 20 per cent stake back in February.
Second e-mail denied that AVP was involved and that they were talking to other companies,if based in the same building I guess they probably would be talking to each other.Worth the punt as with their existing investments you can't call them over valued anyway even without this speculation.
The time stamp on the email says 260315 11.43pm? Or in other words - in the future from when it was sent. It would be great if it was real but seems dodgy.
Could be. I hope so as I am getting a bit sick of Redmond's performances of late.
Can still see the 'email' on Advfn and saw it here when M4 posted earlier. Looks genuine to me and doesn't say anything definite, in fact specifically said just talking to Piri and others. May have been slightly naive communication from a company not yet listed. Looks hopeful on here(again) and I've doubled up my small holding today on the off-chance.
Company Directors or CEO's tend to have better English. 'Both me and the other directors'
Both emails clearly say BEFORE 3 Apr.
we'll find out next Friday.
