My perspective is differs because I have held for a long time and my investment has not yet proved successful. This is part of my future retirement fund, and I rather naively hoped it would help to bring forward that joyful day! Instead, it is doing quite the opposite. My real problem is that I have much more in here than I have in WCC!
Agreed. But it's not so easy after 2 cash calls in a six month period is it?. That rings alarm bells. I am keeping faith here, but clearly others don't seem to have the patience. Good sales fugures are what the market wants now.
Yes, you could be right about another broker. They have had three already (or four?). They need to get more pi's interested somehow.
Quarterley updates? where are they then? Can they give ii's quarterley updates and not us plebs? Is that an AIM rule thing?
More liquidity? How do they do that then, any ideas?
They are already miles off target - this is from PIM's AIM admission document in 2006: "The pesticide range, which has shown great potential in early trials, is yet to be available for sale as trials continue to be conducted and, in the case of BugOil, regulatory approvals are being sought. The Directors expect to receive regulatory approval for BugOil in the USA and UK in the second quarter of 2008." The co. have riased 3 times since. This must have had some impact.
Nothing I can see that should be causing the drop in price. Just have to be patient I guess. gla
Your argument on the relative share values is somewhat nullified if you consider the declining fortunes of PHC. They trade this am at 130p. I agree about the shoe-in for bug oil, but they are some considerable way from a decent revenue stream I would think. But on the downside, this is probably largely factored into the current price?
Thanks for the mentioning this Company to me. I watched this video ( http://www.plantimpact.net/ ) and thought it looked like a super company doing some good work. As I mentioned to you before I have no free funds at the moment, but I will keep my eyes on this board as I like what I have seen so far.
i asked the company about it and they say they dont have an explanation. they've also spoken to their broker who has confirmed there's no selling going on. cant explain it myself, as first bugoil news is only due in quarter 3, and their financial year starts from march 31
bugoil approval is set for Q3 and i believe there is another pending US approval due in Q4
how right you were. just coincidentally i called the company yesterday to ask about bugoil, waiting for a phone back!
Really? That why you questioned my buy in CNT yesterday and i made near on 100%? LMAO you joker!
Nor has TMP but hey ho, anyone have a bucket and spade? LMFAO
As i said, they are my punt shares ;) PXS & IRG don't have a spread over 10% do they?
And you say I like big spreads? At least my large spread shares are just punts lol
More trades today. And buys at the higher end of the spread too, thats encouraging. News on the way?
Not seen much news for PIM recently and as soon as there is, the sp hiccups. Is this jinxed? Mentioned in the FT today - http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/dc470834-8791-11df-9f37-00144feabdc0.html
The spread is narrowing a wee bit. Still rather on the large side, but moving in the right direction.

Should see some positive movement. Spread is annoying but think this will hit 25p

Far more people would buy this stock if the spread wasn't so daunting. I thnk that's how the majority stockholders want it. A quiet stock, slowly brewing. In this stock, you invest, and just leave.
Buy some PIM shares! This meerkat is crazy - I just averaged down in IDG and appeared to move the price! Not that I'm aware of what's happening behind the scenes as I'm not a day-trader and I'm not interested in L2 except I probably should be! Come on PIM Directors - show some faith in the company and all buy shares!
"Plant Impact reports positive field trial results for potatoes Initial trial results for the company's PiNT yield optimiser and CaT calcium absorption technologies shows potato volumes up by more than 25 percent and significant increases in yield." . - report from Proactive investors - sorry struggling with link !!!
