i will be interested to see where this goes now kent has been ousted when mr bigger got involved it seemed kents demise was a possibility when you look at his past those of us who have been vocal against phorm will watch and wait to see if the new board resolve any of the issues that have caused phorms issues with regulators in the past will phorm / phluid media be taken private? will it be delisted on AIM and registered on nasdaq? so many options now the board are in the US or could it be fattened up then asset stripped (in true venture capital style)?

shows lots confidence
IMO, there would be a bounce sometime soon. good luck for everyone
seems not interested in this share
To be fair, if Greece goes belly up it will not matter which share you are in over the next few weeks - it will be carnage... so actually having a decent number of investments and being in shares near low points - like Phorm - might offer some protection from any 10% plus stock market fall. As for Phorm - the trouble with a low share price is that any new funds will "cost" shareholders significant dilution gla
Lots of tweets going on about Phrm, all very positive. Don't know if that's good or bad but good luck here.
Sorry but profits are way off - long termers have seen it all before - "positive" operational update followed by new equity followed by "positive" operational update followed by new equity - repeat repeat repeat. I can understand why some might now think the share price is so low it offers value but I believe losses were US$37 million last year and revenue tiny so even though it's increasing sharply it could take years to breakeven.. also if you dyor you will note that they have exited various countires over the years and it wouldn't surprise me if China will be next... however still might be worth a punt at these levels but I wouldn't hold long term here gla
Of revenue has tripled and soon we should see some profit, of course for doing this operation from Russia China and USA , funding will be required , more on the line of 6p to 8p like before , must remember there cost have come down too, so I would expect a 4p share value before August
I thought it was an honest clear RNS. They state they will need funds as they did in the Annual financial report 30th june. I will wait till they get this next round of funding and there next update. I will most probably miss the low entry point but this company is now defiantly on my watch/ investing watch list. GLA
It was
Wasn't recent placing at a premium, 8p?
Company won't have funding issues , I'm sure people will subscribe to more shares , business model seem good and hopefully we shall see proper revenue and profit soon .
"Cash balances expected to last until early August 2015" - currently exploring funding options
Anyone so upset about quoting Roubles because its an English website probably shouldn't be quoting in Dollars either!
Quote:- Unaudited revenue derived from Russia has almost doubled, from RUB15.7 million (approximately US$0.3 million) in Q1 2015 to RUB29.0 million (approximately US$0.5 million) in Q2 2015. The growth in revenue is based on demonstrating the performance of the platform to the advertisers through a series of paid for test campaigns. Phorm is now working with six of the top tier global agencies in Russia. This is an English Website, Please DO NOT QUOTE IN ROUBLES! Quote: (approximately US$0.5 million) in Q2 2015. Still totally unprofitable!
May be 6p today. Who knows these over sold and sentimants changed.

Revenue of 35.5M in q2 2015.
