Ok, I'll turn the lights off......

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONTAINS INSIDE INFORMATION AS STIPULATED UNDER THE UK VERSION OF THE MARKET ABUSE REGULATION NO 596/2014 WHICH IS PART OF ENGLISH LAW BY VIRTUE OF THE EUROPEAN (WITHDRAWAL) ACT 2018, AS AMENDED. Phimedix Plc
("Phimedix" or "the Company")
AIM Rule 15 Update
Further to its announcement on 18 January 2021, Phimedix (AIM: PHM), the AIM Rule 15 cash shell, announces that the proposed acquisition in the life sciences space will not now be proceeding.
As no reverse takeover will be completed by 14 March 2021, being the date six months following the suspension of trading in the Company's shares, the London Stock Exchange will cancel the admission of Phimedix's ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("Cancellation") with effect from 7.30 a.m. on Monday 15 March 2021.
After Cancellation, the Company will explore its available options, and keep shareholders informed as and when appropriate.
Honestly can't see this relisting,PHM board had loads of time to organise a RTO.people are screaming out for cash shells so I've got no idea what they have been doing for the last 6 months.ive emailed Nichollas half complaining about the situation and got this response:
A crushing blow for me. We learnt two days ago that our RTO candidate had pulled out – no explanation has been given to me.
We become a private company on the 15th March without the ability to proceed with another transaction.
Personally I think the BODs left it to late and ended up putting all there eggs in one basket.10k down the drain
GLA on future investments
They will now have to relist, an RTO would have been easier. The BOD’s have messed up big time. I hope they are not taking any salary because of this incompetence. Companies are crying out for empty shells, they have no excuse for this and need to be held accountable.

Very frustrating....PU in a brewery springs to mind
Is it the 24th thats the official date ?
13 days left...tick tock.
Could/should be close....
Last rns does sound promising.hopefully hear more end of Feb.
In the half year results, it mentioned that they have not yet found anybody....and that came out on the 8th Dec. So our time is slowly running out for a deal in 6 months...around 3 left.
Wish I did.cant seem to find any information since it got de-listed.does anyone know of an announcement from the company regarding what they was looking to invest in.wish it was RMS
Does anybody have any updates on this share. Been on the website but that hasn’t been update since Sept.

I'm literally thinking about doing that too!
Not a good rns, but They have a board of directors that focuses on putting so much negativity into every rns that it always overshoots the downside.
HUR has for a long time been an institutional short sellers paradise, The shorters make too much money trading it, but it’s always bounced in the past might just take a week or two, of course this might be the time it doesn’t, you can only deflate a ball so far before it stops bouncing.
Fair enough, I haven't read the RNS at HUR but it doesn't look pretty. Thoughts?
I can ask on here as there is no one else around :-)
I cashed in and put it in HUR @3p, I consider that opportunity to good to pass.
No large sell off here today. They are still willing to buy up stock from you, still think something is in the works.
:-)

Today is the final day, it will suspend 0730 Monday I believe.

The word "BAD" would have been fine!
and Ali Mortazavi (being in pharma) selling makes sense if they are moving away from the pharma plan.
Gut says im stupid for taking the risk and i know the potential 6 months will be extremely irritating but i have never seen >75% of a company owned by 6 people (26,044,800 of the 34,400,481 total share issue) so it intrigues me.
When i read :
"Since that time the Board has been looking to source an acquisition or acquisitions which would constitute a reverse takeover under the Aim Rules and the directors have identified and had early stage discussions with a number of potential candidates. As part of an update to the market on 7 May 2020, the Board was of the view that, even in the current environment, there were potential acquisition opportunities in the technology and life sciences sectors in particular and had decided to focus efforts initially in these two areas. Since then the Board has also been introduced to companies in other sectors which were believed had some merit. As a result, the Board has now decided not to limit our search to these two specific sectors. "
It makes me that think they have possibly found something better over the original plan.
End of the day Its just a gamble, nothing more.
Might be something, might be nothing.
You've been a member since 2014 so what is your gut feeling/saying?
it was 17p when it relisted and any of the listed parties could have sold some stock at 5-10p plus for months, but they didn't and kept the price too high the whole time, i have a gut feeling they have something planned.

At <400k Mcap It has potential for anything, it’s not stupid to stay in for a small gamble, the last rns didn’t give anything to Indicate it’s the end, only that it’s entering the suspension period
My stubbornness/ stupidity is what's keeping me in here.
10-Sep-20 13:49:34 0.90 363,054 Sell* 3,267
Maybe not.
10-Sep-20 10:55:54 1.375 363,054 Buy* 4,992 O
Someone braver then me.
The question is who is buying this up if it's such a risk?

Can only Assume he had something lined up in pharma, didn’t work out now he’s selling (had a few of his tr1 last few months)
And this is why they are now expanding their search to all sectors.
Well.... that’s not the name I wanted to see it!
there's your Holdings RNS
Not yet still Might do, I’m pretty comfortable Sat here “risk free” which is probably the better decision, I wanted to see a tr1 really before.
It’s always been a high risk gamble which can result in full wipe out or multiple potential gains, It can go either way.
Did you put your profit back in?
Keen to hear your thoughts on this and what the outcome will be?

If it is a small punt then you'd be better off to keep it in. Either it is going to be a multibagger or it goes up in smoke. I'm keeping mine in (only 0.5% of my shares portfolio lol)
I bought in on the hype and lost, luckily I didn't put much in at all
Currently 64% down. Debating if I should leave the rest in or cut out and take the bloody nose
That is my gut feeling too, that’s why I only sold my stake and kept my profit yesterday. (Even if that would have been the wise thing to do)
it’s a clean shell now, little bit of cash, already consolidated, Previous holding rns’ from people with interesting histories, All ready for a placing to fund a Acquisition.
Going to be a quiet 6 months.
I have a positive feeling - despite the steep SP drop, something good will come out of it.
Sorry to hear that, I'm here as well

i see 8,981,794 shares as number matching buys and sells. which leaves 10m volume, obviously alot of the other trades would have been purchased and sold in non matching numbers, but there has still been alot of stock moved in to the market to allow this volume.
The Sp was around 2p for 3 years (2016 - 2019) and just went up, I think the rise was just to show what it go upto again and trick everyone however it just went to 2.50p!
If they wanted to pull traders in then I think it would have gone to 6-7p and then back down to 1p which would be painful.

To be fair no issue selling all day..small and large.
this is a classic AIM pump and dump which went up 175% at one stage. I'm guessing no one could of sold more than 10,000 pounds worth.
Not all of them are newbies - I got in - small punt money - nothing to lose. Will hold for the RTO (more likely than not). If it doesn't happen then I am prepared to lose the money.
Newbies have bought and been spiked as per usual....they are the ones left holding the baby
Looks like you might have been right.
Dropped as quick as it rose.
But who was buying, surely people didn’t jump on just because it Had already rose 100% ?

It was way to highly priced from readmission after name change, it somehow stayed that high for 6 months, it should have been around this price or lower the whole time, now it’s dropped it gives investors a chance to buy A position in to a shell company, both PI and II who want to RTO a company now have a chance to buy.
But they have only given under a week to do so Before the mandatory suspension as per Aim rule 15.
this was down some 70% yesterday, but wonder why this gone popular?
any ideas what's happening here
Last post: magmanus_49, 9 Sep 2020 12:45
bought 10k and will hold into suspension/ once take over done - should open high. glta.
buy small and hold. share count on 30m. make sure you knwo what you are buying. You will need to hold while they sort thinsg out in lock period - maybe 1 month or so.
if not comfortable, and then add here. hope this helps.
Over 1000 posts in 4 weeks, says it all.
If you don't mind me asking, how long have you been trading for?
It's because your account was made 8th of August 2020 so....
shoud touch 4p...mark post - buying is huge. they have deal....volume speaks
I just bought in for the hope of it hitting 5p anything over that would be great tbh
