Gati Al-Jebouri, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Pembridge said:
"This RTO process is complex but crucial to the future development of Minto and we are very pleased to see this progress towards its completion."
Another piece of the jigsaw puzzle coming together. Time and patience turns the mulberry leaf to satin.
Exactly why I'm here. Whatever you think of Gati, he's far from stupid and wouldn't be ploughing all his hard earned cash into PERE if he thought it was going tits up. As the old saying goes, follow the money...
Well, let's see Rower.... With Gati full to his ti*s with this share, it's irresistable as a small punt.
You know its going big FireAnt!
@K3VMC: I'm happy to buy some of your shares at the 'right' price. Gradually rebuilding a little position here.
Pembridge Resources PLC - London-based investor in Minto Explorations Ltd - Says 7,127 wet metric tonnes of concentrate were produced by the Minto mine during the third quarter of 2021, up from 5,707 wet metric tonnes a year earlier. Current stock price: 6.95 pence, up 3.0%

Not even 2000 shares. Ok, that’s from AJ Bell, which is fairly Mickey Mouse compared to a broker, but even so, you would think there would be some kind of liquidity. I can sell 100k ARB in one trade from the same account.
Yes. I would prefer my PERE money to be in ARB, but there is no liquidity and my position here is reasonable, so no way to get any value out. I’ll be out on the next spike, for sure.
I may come back in, provided there are checks and balances after the IPO. No way should Gati be sitting there with a book of blank cheques.
IPO inbound.
Irrespective of the bad smell here, I jumped back in for another trade earlier in the week on the basis of Gati knowing more than I do. It's clear now that the only volume is when Gati is buying...
Gati financed this with a whopping 14% interest PLUS a 6% “arrangement fee”, on a £200,000 loan to PERE.
How do we know that PERE even needed this amount? Oh yes, the CEO (Gati) agreed the amount with the Chairman (Gati). I’ve said this before, but what “arrangement “ was required for this loan? Did the CEO have to arrange to meet the Chairman?
So Gati pays himself £40k of shareholders’ money, then spends £7k on increasing his holding. This is in addition to all the warrants and options he already has “arranged” for himself, by himself.
Don’t get me wrong, I like the asset as much as I liked it when I bought the IPO, but in terms of corporate governance and transparency IT IS SHOCKING!
Knew it. Hold tight chaps this is going north.
Director/PDMR Shareholding
London, United Kingdom - Pembridge Resources plc (LSE: PERE) ("Pembridge" or the "Company") announces an increase in the shareholding of its Chairman and CEO, Gati Al-Jebouri, who is one of the Company's major shareholders.

Shaping up nicely here.
Whole of Pembridge still valued at approx half Pembridge stake in Minto..
Might not see accurate relative value but would expect gap to close more
Minto application to TSXV to list the shares with expected listing in Q4 2021
Great to see good old PERE moving north. Target still 15p.
900k so far today
7p paid
Certainly increasing today. Hopefully a positive week!
Buying beginning to return. PERE on the up. News imminent and will lift this beyond 10p+.
News soon hopefully. ATB
must be a positive for the Minto listing. I can see a big premium on launch day.

Nothin wrong with a good rollover on a Friday night.
Just diarise the date for T20 from now, because there can only be one, as Sir Sean would say.
