Love your timely low ball reply thanks. Guess I must of touched a nerve or “two”….
The “two” of you must of gone to school together as your writing style is so similar, especially both making the same regular use of exclamation marks within your messages. That’s the real giveaway along with posting on the same dates.
Now please can you let the other Ronnie have a go at making the follow up reply. Warning, i’ll be watching out for those exclamation marks…….don’t let me down and try and hide it….lol.
Another deluded Ramper losing money !!
When this is 60p you will be happy with a 4% on that day so sad .
But you are happy with how this company is being run is beyond me.
And the BOD treating you as complete tw&t.
You must of voted brexit and are about to get your 5th jab ?? So many mugs out there.
are back de-ramping today i see…..Or is it really one Ronnie with two names or perhaps they are a loving couple…..notice past few weeks how they post on same day only (2 Dec, 24 Nov, 16 Nov, etc) which is sloppy work guy(s). Anyway SP closed up 4% so that went well.
Time to jog on guy(s) before you become as big an embarrassment to yourselves as the sadly departed good ole carrots was on this board…..lol.
Shocking sp , lack of quality diamonds and
Massive payments to bod, and they have the audacity to say shareholder value. Joke !!
Destroying Shareholders value slowly but surely here !! And the BOD give themselves 300% rises you couldn't make it up .
Least it's not the best mine they have
Shareholders value my Ar&e .
Only the BOD win here now nothing more or nothing less !!
Should hold theirs head up in shame .
As I said before no lesson have been learnt here from this company a total disrespect to shareholders.
1.8p old money still . You couldn't make this this cr&p up if you tried .
This will be 60p soon enough???

Accually reads very good but the Market only wants this going one way before it goes private for absolute peanuts .
6 weeks ago we were at 124 now 94p 30p drop and the Bod award themselves 300% pay increase and thousands of free shares !
Laughable
hi all, does anyone have a link to the telegram chat (if there is one)
How can the Bod even use the words (creating shareholder’s value ? ) it’s plain to see they haven’t as the numbers don’t lie.
Pay awards of 300% !!! If the sp had moved up that much I wouldn’t mind the pay awards
I’m afraid this like many other company’s is a lifestyle company for the Bod getting fat of there huge salaries while us poor pis get nowt
Neil obviously you invest to lose money !!
Debt for equity was 3.8p new money £1.90p so bondholders 50% down and that after consistently good news.
150m US binds bought from the by Petra had zero impact on the SP.
Petra sits at £1 with really no more good news in the future.
So that means a drifting SP as volume becomes non existence.
Shareholders value as petra keep mentioning in the updates is laughable.
The BOD have feathered their nests with a 300% pay rise which is ludicrous.
The BOD have no intentions in the SP for the poor Shareholders.
Nothing has changed or any lessons learnt over the past 15 years.
There's a buyer in the background here as of yesterday afternoon.....lumps getting gobbled up
Time will tell ! Hope your right 28j and I’m wrong as I have a big position here and don’t want to miss out on the cash cow this company is but I’ve seen all this to many times before.
Ps it may as well been the mine flooded for the 20p drop in sp, you got to love uk market! Good news nothing 3% of total operation disruption for a few months and 29% off sp
He probably doesn't know about the debt for equity swap RNS dated 10 March 2021. Nor the maturity date of the loan notes.
@Nigeldean……Either you didn’t properly understand the tailings storage facility wall breach press release information before making your inaccurate “flood in mine” statement (The news release as per link below clearly states “The flooding is away from the pit…..”) or worse still you did understand it and are over dramatising the incident to peddle your unsubstantiated theory regarding PDL going private to deliberately try to de-ramp on the bulletin board to try influence a cheaper SP buy-in for yourself. Poor form either way fella.
I also notice you are being tag team aided by @itsaponzi who has lots of previous weak de-ramping form on here (reminds me of good ole carrots….LOL) who is unfortunately back again posting after saying not so long ago (post dated 29th October 08.32) that he had sold out and would therefore be no longer posting here. I guess couldn’t resist coming back to gloat, and again it’s poor form to be doing so.

I said this would happen months ago and got shot down for it !! Publish bad news share tanks institutions buy up all the cheap shares.
Once they get 85% they can agree a compulsory purchase at a nice cheap price.
This will be private in the next few months for 130p max ??
AIMHO
Unfortunately my worst fears are coming true ! This is going private for peanuts! I held Ithaca and they did exactly the same to all the poor long term pis we got shafted now Ithaca re float the company for 10x disgraceful. Petra will do the same especially as they have Ithaca SSA
Funny how we suddenly have flood in mine what a coincidence.
Time for some stick, before the carrot lol
@huddersfield: "What's 3mths , this has been down for years lol"
My thoughts exactly. That's why my figure below for Williamson contribution was so low, i.e. almost irrelevant...
What's 3mths , this has been down for years lol
Miner breach won't keep this down long
Amongst gem miners (all are in the category to be avoided by widows and orphans), I don't see this one as particularly risky. And I don't see any of them doing particularly well atm, but there (maybe) lies the opportunity?. Which ones do you see doing spectacularly well atm?
There was a planned shut down fir maintenance which will be bought forward now so the impact on production will be minimal.
The Market will punish Petra anyway.
This is a high risk stock with zero returns now .
Best it goes private now for peanuts??
ok; got it. My figures were from the previous year, early in the Williamson restart. Not a 'total disaster' though if it's offline for 3m, equating to 13%/4 ~ 3% lost group revenue. No-doubt, the market will punish it more than that though and perhaps present a buying opportunity at some stage.
