worth over four quid. Own some RLE too and the two would make a potent combination, especially as a REIT
FTSE small cap level !! So small cap funds will be buying in the coming days plus the quarterly divi will interest them Should be three fifty plus by the next divi GLA.
on Main Board and amazingly thinly traded. Let's hope they get a few write-ups.
Last few days at rock bottom AIM prices. 28th March will see institutions falling over themselves to get their fill of this huge yielding divi!! Am I being funny? Time will tell.....
was me averaging down Don't usually do this and don't like the spread, but the boss bought 100000 in Jan and paid marginally more. Amazed these are so little traded when they hit the Main Board soon so hoping that will create demand and, perhaps, spike them up where they should be!
Missed the RNS the other day but prospectus is out and PCA will improve its public profile by the better listing. Knowing the canny BoD don't be surprised if some good news will pop out later in April. Well it is taking longer than I had hoped but figure it should be hello 4 SP before the year is out.
Looks like someone as just dumped 2.5% of the stock Lets hope we get a RNS. So we know where we stand
Just another thought, not that it would do much for the SP because REITs are bargain basement right now but it would have tax benefits. I bet the BoD have already reflected on this.
Director still buying to tighten the market. May be wrong but I reckon the listing date is very soon and BoD want very tight market so any interest created by the new listing will (might?) spike the price. Might even get back to what I paid!
A few of us have been wondering if recent aquisitions were working out and I feel that the two massive purchases today probably speak louder to the affirmative than words could.
Trouble is that these small AIM cos don't always oblige their shareholders. Take a look at ECK. I have held there for years, SP is miserable and no RNS. Take up nail-biting, my love, or does that talk get me branded a Weinstein now? Anyway, they are up a bit today.
The lack of news following last year's major acquisition is causing some natural nervousness among investors. A statement from the management as to how the new properties look like fitting in would be greatly appreciated.
Verge of cutting loss.
Rated a buy in Dec 8-14th Investors Chronicle = Dividends paid quarterly in 2018 & plans to place the shares on the main London listing (might attract more interest) Good luck all & Happy New Year :)
What a horrendous lot of sales after hours yesterday. Will cap any rise from ex divi in the near future. Although we can live in hope that they had a buyer.?? More strange is why this as happened before a main listing?? GLA.
Latest RNS shows irritatingly small sales by BoD, presumably short of folding! At least they have now confirmed that the application is in for listing on the main board expected in New Year. I suppose we must hang around until then because the co must gain some visibility from that. Just wish I could get enthusiastic!
Following recent aquisitions the Board needs to , once again, demonstrate it's ability to manage the new assets, no doubt the asset value and share price will respond proportionately. This is a time for shareholders to have patience-the recent track record of the Management gives grounds for confidence and the rating is hardly demanding!.
7 Dec if they don't crumble more before!
New low today on small volume and still no RNS as promised about transferring quote to Main Board. Getting close to dumping mine!
Bit of a disappointment since the Placing. Announced another uplift in a rent today and SP falls. Will wait for announcement of move from AIM to Main Board soon and hope that stirs a bit of interest. Shame. This is a good outfit well worth 4+
Very interested to hear no-one is being scaled back. That indicates to me there are very few small shareholders in PCA. Soon the co has promised the listing will change to Main Board and this should create more interest among all types of shareholders. My reading indicates the pros think the management here are playing a risky game, but they are very experienced and deliberately specialise in out of London secondary commercial property so should have done their homework re effect of Brexit, interest rates etc. Big London may wobble but not this. Lucky I applied sensibly for some excess and did not stag it. Do not expect too much when new shares list!
Perhaps someone will now realise these are worth looking at! After a small (to us shareholders) Open Offer and large Placing,to finance what seems another shrewd deal to add a bit of girth to the capital, there is a firm commitment to apply for a Main Board listing. As a non-London commercial property outfit committed to paying decent dividends, there is bound to be greater visibility. They have indicated support in the Placing from institutions so this is likely to be a great ride over the 3-5 year term whatever Brexit throws at us! Glad I got in a few months back and I'll have a few more thanks very much! For those (if any) who read this and are not already on board, the temporary price blip caused by the introduction of many new shares is just the time to jump on.
Latest RNS about Manchester refurbished office let at higher rent! That's two in two days!! Don't expect more for at least three months - barring a bid. SP moved nicely but hope we don't just get profit-taking as usual.
RNS today. It has taken a while but I can see articles ahead claiming this as 'transformational'. It looks a shrewd one, producing an immediate gross yield of 8.6% which keeps the meaty dividend safe but, perhaps more importantly, it proves this outfit is capable of growing at a significant rate. Note that this acquisition is near a rail connection, also favoured by other regionals such as REI. My expectation is that the write-ups push the SP to £4+ and bring it onto the radar a bit. I have in the portfolio a few secondary property shares outside London. There will always be a need for regional offices and some shops. So as long as these enterprises are not over borrowed, they will be the carthorses of the property market, bringing in relatively decent income with relative safety. They will also be takeover targets/ merger candidates from time to time. A decent sort of gamble.
Positive support and not to expect 'fireworks' funnily enough often is a prelude to....... fireworks! I can think of more than one outfit that wouldn't mind bidding for this in the next 12 months. Polar holds 11% and they are shrewd.. Not yet sitting on profit but unworried. I'll take my divi and sit back.
