I see that our investment of 36.6% of Panther (AUS)was worth nearly £3m a few weeks ago so that means our market cap of £6m is really around £3m for all of our Canadian Assets. Big Wow!
GLA
Exactly. Aussie price has dropped a bit (but still above listing price) and based on todays SP in Aussie and the UK, it means the Canada assets are valued at just 3.7m. Worth a punt.
Picked up another 100k shares on Friday morning at 8.65p
Very kind of the sellers, over 2% now put away
Never thought I would pick all these up at this silly low MCap price of £5m
Australian assets makes this feel like it’s free
Only 67m shares and 6 holders with about 50%
Looks like the sell off from Januarys RNS is about over as shares getting more tightly held
Expect to see a move back up starting next week before the next RNS
Are the 6p warrants holding the share price back aka being flushed out ahead of the 6th March deadline?
Likewise, any good news before March 8th when the 12p warrants expire will hold the share price back?
For any new investor it may be worth holding off until after the 8th, no point over paying if there are warrants being cashed in.
Also cash flow must be getting tight at some point this year, when they do a fund raiser what is far level of funding to assume they will require to get the Canadian prospects onto the next stage of an IPO or sale?
If it’s as much as £3 million for additional drilling then the share dilution will be significant.
If the Australian holding is successful at its exploration works and can prove a strong commercial potential, I doubt this work will be completed before the Canadian works need funding to continue the progress.
It appears a funding raise and as a result share raise is inevitable at this point.
There are no 6p warrants left
12p warrants look like they will expire and not be exercised
Don’t see any near term need to raise funds
PALM is on the main market not AIM so is limited to levels of dilution per year
20% max I think off the top of my head
RSI is at 21, this is oversold
RNS update on part 2 will be out soon as per January RNS
yep 20% max each year ...
And if they did need funds to progress targets more swiftly......
Then a good example is Cobra resources... Main Market ...the best raise ever.....
Book build out of trading hours ...over subscribed the main man taking 10% and the SP doubled within 3 days.....
Its all about the story and this one being.... A Gold mineralised system at Dotted lake and from rock and soil samples we now know the fault line trend its running through.....and 172m to 400m assays still outstanding...
The Obonga..... Wishbone and Awkward..... VMS confirmed ...they come in clusters........we have intersected the Halo and
hypothesis is its been knocked on its side so near surface..... lots of targets and metals.... inc lithium etc
Where an earth do you find this kind of upside...67m shares tad lessd than £6m market cap and a 36.6% play in
PNT ASX listed Nickel Cobalt and Gold...tenement holder with 2012 jorc compliant resource.... worth over £3m....
Steady accumulation for me..... not interested in 100% gains form here..... I am gonna sit back and let Darren prove
a district scale discovery...... £1 a share a feasible possibility.....
Its a Gem of investment....... that's why I am here...
ATB..... Gold POG .....2500 to 3000 $ soon enough.....
Lets see how long this stays down at these prices, good to add more if time allows me
Looks good value at current market cap, when is the next round of drill hole results due from dotted lake?
ASAP I think StanAccy. The RNS 4 weeks ago said:-
"Once available, the full drilling results will be interpreted in conjunction with the Panther Magnetic and Electromagnetic geophysics survey results." I look forward to this.
GLA
bankrupty,
I get the impression they are going to ensure the next results release is interpreted without any doubt that the results are positive.
Again, I get the impression they are frustrated with how the market responded to the last set of results.
I expect good vibes will come to pass .......just do not know exactly when! If one calls it too soon , one will look a fool...if one calls it too late...one will not profit much,,i would rather be a richer fool! LOL, and GLA!
