They bought all the placement shares there holding as gone up 1000000,
Yes, my apologies, you're correct. Been a long day! Their holding remains the same.
Henryb based on the RNS they didn't.
They now have 223,959,702 shares per the RNS. If you divide the by the old and new shares in issue you get the percentages before and after.
I've researched just want others view on it tbh
Looked through their back catalogue of RNSs, looked up the GM and the general pattern of tiny free float and them being taken out of PI hands, suggests this has lots of legs yet! I’d be borrowing everything I could from KLK treasury to get these off the open market at 1.2p when we threw money at it at 5p. Their FP&A team will be all over this!!!
And there they are as I said all taken by one person. KLK a billion pound company!! Good things coming here as these sorts of companies do not mess around
To hit market, klk took all 100 million
New to this share so I'd appreciate any info people have. Dont worry I've done research on KLK the other share holder and hopefully when I find out the guy who's took 400k research on him too. Anyone got anything to add?
Nice TR1 to show not a single share sold by KLK
Well someone has gone in for £10k (in four chunks) this morning. Will be interesting what today’s pattern does look like - three days of 40% and then finish flat?!
Will it do its usuall rise then back to flat by end of day?.
New to the share. What on earth is a company the size of KLK doing in a company this small? They've put staff in from huge companies. Sold an asset for 800k and got in at 5p. Something going on hear so I bought in today
Someone took 66k today. Interest building 2p on route
No speeding ticket read the rns. Jesus all you have to do is press the rns icon above to see. Very poor
Didnt this get a speeding ticket recently?
That's fine. Now we wait for the reverse. As always patience needed.
Will be interesting to see if a daily pattern forms. I do think a progressive steady trend will occur. With such a small free float - this will be prone to big swings. The tell will be those larger transactions hoovering up shares, in line with expectation for the RTO
It is only the nominal or 'par' value of the share which is reduced. If we are to reversed iinto and reused (as expected) large amounts of new assets will be pumped into this, name probably changed and we will all be so happy that Larry will seem a saddo!
The value of your holding stays the same. Panic not
No one has actually answered my question as yet, the recapitalisation states each ordinary share will be divided, so it means my shareholding gets reduced? At least that's the way I see it.
