Schofield - please tell me you didn't think that letter was real..? Please...
Dear Mr Mobile, Thanks for your email and rest assured it will be answered in the very near future or 18-24 months whichever comes sooner
The UN, Arbitration House, Gravy Train Street, Euromillions Land Dear Mr Mobile, Thank you for your letter dated 28, 9, 15 which we have sent off for due diligence at Upper Hierachy House, which must be cross-referenced and back dated accordingly to comply with strict rules (Paragrapch 3, subsection 3C, Conformity and Compliance in Present Day Letters). Having vetted your prose for potential sub judicial illegalities while looking for portents of a libellous nature, we can safely confirm that your concerns will be investigated with the utmost alacrity and diligence by our staff. Having taken into account all that you say in the aforementioned missive, we, unfortunately fail to see salience in any of the alleged misappropriations regarding the UNCITRAL procedural Calendar and system. The travails of our staff are Paramount, and whilst there may be some legitimacy (Qualified by precedent, which you fail to specify ) in your grievances, I can vouch for all our staff , in that they ae most very very happy on the lengthy journey their gravy train takes them. Yours Belittlingly and Patronisingly, UNCITRAL
Sorry dont think ull get a response sit
Email to The Secritariat of UNCITRAL: Dear Sir/Madam, I understand that the final hearing of this case took place in April/May 2014. We are now approaching December 2015, over 18 months later, yet still the decision of the arbiters has not been published. How can it be possible that 3 people over the course of 18 months have been unable to decide the outcome of this case? It is absurd. I am aware that the proceedings are secret. Why, by the way, is this so? Please excuse the clichés but they do both apply to this case: 1) justice must not only be done but must be seen to be done; and 2) justice delayed is justice denied There seems (to me) to be no valid reason why these proceedings - the final hearing at least - needed to be held in secret. It is unfathomable to me why the arbiters have as yet been able to reach a decision. They must, by now, have forgotten much of the evidence they heard back in April 2014. Please can you explain to me why the decision has not yet been published? Yours faithfully... ****** Will let you know it I get a reply. Might take 18 months, and will no doubt quote confidentiality clauses. We can but try. This share is beginning to bore the ******* life out of me.
