Jasper I agree that this RNS has a lot of past hence, much of whats contained in this RNS is detailed in the RNS 1st of April, I therefor conclude that it is likely only to be another month or two before we have GOI rubber stamped approval.
Oilex will benefit through receipt of GSPC's share of the historic cost recovery pool, the total (100%) being approximately US$125 million. Oilex also expects to assume GSPC's US$2.8 million share of the historic abandonment liabilities.
Alan. If only! The 125 million is the previous losses on Cambay which can be set against future tax. Atb.
Thanks Jasper. That's what I was thinking. Atb.
Did I read correct.. 100% of Cambay will be worth 125m ??
Good RNS, things are starting to move and I think GOI approval will come rather sooner than you think. All the pieces of the jigsaw will fall into place.
Gordon…. That’s a copy and paste from a recent RNS. Roland has confirmed to me funding will be by JV for Cambay and not own funding. I think it’s just in there for future projects where they need to fund with equity, debt or bonds.
Not sure what to make of this 50/50 imo. Lowered my expectations on this one. It’s dragged on to long. Give me 0.3 and I’m out.
What does this bit mean?
"The strategy includes enhancing access to the Company's UK/European based shareholder base."
More raising to finance future projects?
Gla.
Thanks for the clarification Jasper. Jeez i could have walked to Indian, stamped it and walked back home by now. LOL
Like I said it a lifestyle business .. 9 years of the same. Definitely seeing 0.12 now
The report is written in the past tense up to the 30th June! A couple of months from then takes us into August, maybe Sept. Its August on Saturday so we could only be 4-6 weeks away from approval.
And by the way it’s a ratification rubber stamp that’s all that’s needed, approval has been given. And that’s from Roland himself.
GOI approval still expected "IN THE COMING MONTHS" WTF!!
QTR report out
