I'm not sure if they have an ICMR also submitted. Not on the FDA list
To expect the CEO to talk about orders is an unrealistic expectation. We are quite simply not quite there yet.
We know the following:
UK RTC test - design freeze achieved, tech transfer to ODX with self validation and scale up happening this month. Simultaneous research and assessment which will lead to CE mark, which may well come by the end of July. PHE England approval and adoption by UK health is the natural next step. Supply agreement with the government is already a given at a minimum of 200k units per week. Look out for an improvement on this. I suspect that the government plan and strategy is still holding back when this will all come out in the news. Expect a national mass testing program funded by the government. Other things to look out for, is whether ODX can market and sell the UK RTC test to their own distribution networks.
Mologic - We are already told local approvals are currently being sought in at least 15 out of the 75 countries to be targeted. There may have been progress here over the last 3 weeks and it is possible we might get some material updates here soon but don't expect too much too soon.
Be realistic. We have been in the development phase, moving through validation and into production. This normally takes 12-36 months, we are speeding through in only 3/4. We are not yet at the point where you can judge based on orders. It is simply not possible to make sales without an approved quality product. Let them get the product and approval right. The indications are that they are really getting to the business end of this phase ready to move forward. The best indication of expected sales is the level of production capacity.
I agreed, roller coster
Look the only way to get out of this nightmare is for the CEO to come out openly and state the following: We have orders on hand for xxxx millions, end of the story. Everything else are only personal projections and smoke. No correlation with reality
"If you walked out after 20 minutes ,how do you know the trailer was the best part.
Nobody thinks the same so waiting until the end is the only true way to determine the ending."
You know it's rubbish when the lead character has acting skills similar to uncle Tommy on a drinking afternoon and special FX seemed a power point presentation. However the trailer was well crafted to sit people at the cinema. Do you see the parallel?

""Selling out now is like turning off a film at the opening credits."
Walked out of a Cinema once, 20 min in I realised it was not for me , the trailer was literally the best part and also misleading. Glad I walked out to enjoy a nice dinner instead.
Possible 10+ bagger written all over this, MMs just doing their job! set your sell limits and switch off!
That's about it really. We've been told the present situation and the aspirations, we've had results that were as expected and we have a presentation to come later today.
What more could a PI really expect this company to do?
Some of the comments are laughable.
This is a company that in the last 3 months have been in the development phase of getting tests ready to market. You cant assess a companies sales of a product during the development phase before they are ready for sale. These tests usually take 12-36 months to get to market, they have been involved for 3 months and are on the cusp of having 3 of the 5 tests ready.
One of these tests will be the leading test of its type globally and part of one of the largest scale mass testing programs medicine has ever seen.
”The AbC-19TM lateral flow test has been designed to be used at point of care, initially by healthcare professionals. In time it will also be made available for home use. The AbC-19TM test at design freeze shows a 98.6% accuracy.”
"Independent trials will continue throughout the scale-up phase. This will lead to CE marking, indicating health and safety conformity for goods sold in the EU, of the product for use at the point of care by healthcare professionals. Following this, additional field trials with the general public will allow MHRA to provide regulatory approval and CE marking for use by the public as a home test."
"The AbC-19TM lateral flow test uses detector molecules modelled on the “full spike proteins” of the COVID-19 virus making the assay detect antibodies which would bind to the native protein as seen on the virus. This makes the test more robust than ones that only detect antibodies which bind to part of the molecule or to other viral proteins."
The other tests have global reach through our existing distribution network and will be highly competitive on performance, price and throughput. It is easy to work out profitability based on the capacity they have. It's not difficult and the valuation projections are not made up pipe dream numbers they can be easily calculated and substantiated. With the products we have and the markets they are targeting and the distribution channels they have, sales towards the high end of our manufacturing capacity should be very easily achieved.
People throwing the towel in before it's even started, ****ging off the lack of performance. They have achieved so much and they have positioned themselves to make serious money over the next 2-3 years. and beyond. Selling out now is like turning off a film at the opening credits.
People believing covid testing has missed the boat will be proved very wrong. FOr starters, the UK national antibody testing program will go ahead regardless of the prevalence of Covid for the rest of the year. Overseas we see Covid getting much worse in several countries. We will be living with social distancing for some time, and this is not normal life. We know that it only took 1 case to start the spread in the UK and it only takes one case to bring it back. Testing will continue for years after covid is under control to make sure it stays that way.
