It will be bought up by big pharma as a stand alone diagnostics division. Watch this space, it’s coming..........
Hopefully omega will be looking at all options going forward. I favour a spin off of the infectious disease division incorporating covid. Leaving food tech and alergy.
Interesting... how likely in our scenario? Will it take a few years of momentum to prove our foothold first, and therefore a lth benefit position?
I dont see a takeover happening while all three segments of the business are as one. In reality the business is still in its infancy in terms of creating revenue apart from food tech. Inmo the best bet is to spin off the divisions in some way. That way all shareholders would benefit
The approach is better for the purchaser earlier rather than later. It’s up to us the shareholders to say no and the board to fight it off. It’s not always up to the best time to sell the company!

There are a handful of holders which can make a difference. Im afraid any bid cannot be blocked should it occur inmv.
Upomega how many shares would you say make a difference ?
Pablo23
Holders above 10 per cent. At the end of the day inmv it will be the bod who will ultimately decide Omegas fate should an offer come in.Unfortunately any shareholder holding below 3 percent really doesn't have any bearing..
Pablo
Thats a declared ndividual holder and not a collective of holders.
Upomega, there are percentage thresholds that an offerer needs to achieve in order to force a sale if it goes hostile. How does a suitor gain that threshold number of backers if the stock is all privately owned in small pieces.
It’s about time he told investors the fact & figures they have a right to know , the time for being cautious is over, investors have been waiting on the numbers for far to long ,CK needs to communicate now ,and in a positive way ,ODX is the diagnostic,s company of the U.K. ,let’s see CK prove it .
