I hope it fails!
Shareholder treatment is appalling
Holding too... I can actually see OCTP value being recognised sooner than later.
Best ever outcome would be a re-listing oversees with a placing close to the IPO level once confirmation of results and production.
It will be worth the wait

Yes,luck all. I take it this BB will disappear...
Held on through to delisting as well. My only question was that if OCTP get bought out while private then we do we get stock in the new set up or just get paid what is reasonable to our current quoted holding? I am not sure if they will ever get relisted so trying to work out what is possible down the road. If relisted and with growth then that would be good too.
After reading the previous Edison note it made me decide to add going into delisting.
Good luck to all still holding.
Guess time will tell
Indeed, this is new territory for me. I picked some up a couple weeks ago with the conviction to just see what happens once it's delisted. At least I won't need to check the share price every 5 minutes now.
Are there any chat groups for this anywhere outside of LSE?
Hopefully........................................

0.17 but can not buy and sell a bean so it's more like just a spike on low volume 15min before cancellation.
Hmmmmm!?
0.17 to buy atm
.
Eeerrr maybe not.
What's the betting a big buy comes in mopping up all the sales as usual, just another rigged day at the office I suppose.
We could also state the company is worth £1.5m right now as MC, and it that is a steal to most, but I would think most would want to see revenues or potentially revenues as soon as, to then start considering a good value. I am willing to let this run into delist personally as it may be worth multiples or it may be something I can afford to lose.
Lemonhead2 this is the question I still need clarifying. Those who hold into delist, even though it will be a holding it will be untradeable, but if an offer did materialise, how would we be informed and what is the treatment towards current stockholders who will then be in a delisted company. I suppose its only a scenario that would ibe deal to get an answer for, as there is no confirmed or concrete bid otherwise that we know of to measure against.
My question is, if shares can't be bought or sold how can a take over happen. Would any offeree have to contact all holders to submit their offer. ?
Yes counting cards just wasn’t expecting today’s news, and I, like you, will be holding.
I am going to let this roll into delist without selling any and see where it heads.
Same here. I only have a few hundred thousand left , so I am just curious what may happen in the next 3-6 months.
No not at all. Strange how no listed shareholder have sold any, or directors except the 2 that left on 31st March. No buy registered either
What sort of news were you expecting chrishutch? Or were you saying that this news today was not needed?
As much as it would be nice to have that extra control over a personal investment, I am going to let this roll into delist without selling any and see where it heads. I am listening to the recent interview with Valentino Parravinci and do understand when he says they are under even more pressure to watch what they say when they are regulated and this area does need financing heavily plus a lot of patience. The markets sadly are not letting that happen and I am going to give them the benefit.
4 trading days left, so a bit surprised to see this
It is my understanding that I will still own my shares in this company.
I will not be able to trade them, that is until one of 2 things.
1st - we join another market.
2nd - we get taken over and I will get what is coming my way as a pro-rata figure.
Am I correct?
Cheers in advance.

We wanted, this close to the mark.
And CC, why have they suddenly left it to a lovely Friday morning RNS to scare as many out as possible shortly before delist, when other companies have no problems. Incompetent or designed. Not NT on mine at moment.
