That might be fair value - but who will pay that?
No less than 2.5p
Looking at the results should be over 3p.
Time will tell - what does he have to lose by buying more shares now below net asset value. He could have stated take out price or range today to stop the share price cratering but didn’t.
I understand Gunn said he wouldn't use his majority holding to go against shareholders?
John Gunn can increase his take because he holds of 50% of the shares.
At current price ie below net asset value he can buy shares and then repay himself once he gets over 75% and takes company private.
Another shareholder owns another 8% so between then they could be over 60% already.
My take is they realise this is a cash cow and want it entirely for themselves - outrageous but what can we do? ideas here please.
insiders own about 54% of the shares - and they need 75% of the vote to pass resolutions?
We own a portion of those £8.4 million assets. These results were really good with CREST certified and expanding in the UK.
Sorry but I will not be parting with my shares cheaply and willing to go to court to fight it if needed.
Doesn't need to in fact. Can force through a sale of minority interests in certain circs.....like holding 90 per cent plus.
This how the game is being played behind the scene.
We will get an RNS in the next few days saying that John Gunn purchased some shares at the lowest purchasing price of the day.
is price is per issue day of teh shares and cash held is sufficient to buy them back, most odd way of behaving
Basically for 0 additional costs to him.
They are not destroying their own shares, the aim is for John Gunn to buy the whole company (100% control) at the same price as the cash balance.
Gunn is going to have to pay out to get me part with shares.
If this is a total loss. Have I lost my money.
this is insane - i've never known a company consciously destroy it's own share price
cannot get that in the high street bank lol
dividend yield is 20% at .50!!
Please don't sell bellow the cash balance . This is the pure definition of a criminal act, the broker and John Gunn are both in on this shameful coup.
Andsoforth, google asset match
only £500 invested so not too fussed.
sign of the times Covid strikes again
Your be able to trade it through crest.... but it won’t be easy unless Oct do a compulsory purchase
100% I am, I’ll have £1k in dividend payment back soon 4years then these are free best case scenario if dividends continue. My holding was £20k yesterday
