Also, from what I’ve gleaned about the previous offer they walked away from, I would t necessarily discount it being explored again in the future either…..

Liked the interview.
My understanding is that they’re focused on a couple of opportunities at the moment.
L
Not sure if anyone saw this, the latest video. But I flicked through and Mike seemed upbeat regarding the current opportunities available. Link dropped for anyone who wants a listen.

'Thetruth23' appears to have some sort of agenda, as why post on a company they don't have an interest in. Other than abuse the BOD by posting insulting comments based on their capability, they seem to struggle with providing anything with credibility.
IMO NZ is still big on govt agenda, but took a back seat primarily due to the immediate requirements of energy by nations, caused by the conflict in Ukraine.
What this has highlighted is the requirement for cleaner alternative sources of energy at a more quicker pace and I personally feel there are opportunities in this space, which have the opportunity for substantial long-term gains.
GLA.DYOR.AIMHO.
Haha the fact people haven’t cut their losses here is comical, an absolute AIM **** show of the highest order
Not good is it really. Doesn't exactly give a lot of confidence for those holding.
Apparently docs were sent to shareholders registered on the register .
But they should have published them on the website and issued RNS’s in advance of the meeting.
They need to get on top of that
L
Notice all resolutions were passes at the recent AGM, but when was the notice of AGM given? And what exactly were the resolutions that got passed.
You honestly think this lot of clowns have any chance in doing a deal in their 24 month grace period? Couldn’t run a hot bath.
A main market cash shell delisting? Lol. Not a chance …….
L
"Eminent Delisting" and what logic is that based on? Doesn't appear to be an RNS to that effect.
A precursor to your eminent delisting - yes.
Opportunistic, or precursor to something….
L
You’re missing the key difference.
Pineapple actually have a BOD with credentials and some expertise on the markets and raising significant funds.
NZI have….errrr….less said the better I think.
True, though that will gradually decline during the normal ongoing operations of the company, at least until a deal is completed .
That being said, directors taking no salaries at moment, and corporate advisor budget is being kept at a minimum, so they’re taking prudent steps to preserving cash for progressing deals…
Main market listing is also inherently valuable too…
L
Probably low liquidity. 1/3rd of stock concentrated in just 4 shareholders hands…
L
That's just stupid!
'Truth' if you'd bothered to read the statements, you'd know how much cash there is (and burn here is visibly minimal). The possibility of delist, should they not find a target in time, is always there in ANY shellco, but there's a fair bit of time yet. Stop spouting myopic hysterics, it's not a good look...
Terry: exactly, it is a shellco. The value is a function of cash in bank, value you attribute to listing, and value you attribute to the ability of the BOD to effect transactions (and the sector). Cash is more than the Mcap (as I write this anyway) and burn is minimal. This is one of the last Full LIst shellcos left and is aiming to do deals in a very interesting sector. Michael Ellwood is an experienced financier, and the others hardly lack gravitas. Yes it's risky but you have to weigh the risk vs the potential and the facts. If you don't understand that (or the risks involved) you shouldn't be in the kitchen (Mr 'Truth'...)
Looks like it may be back
L
"At what point did I suggest he was on the board you pleb?"
I didn't say you did say that - what a quite extraordinary thicko you are.
That's also shown by the fact that you think a new LSE 'handle' created just to bash NZI, shortly before it resumes trading, has any credibility.
You're quite obviously a serial troll with multiple bannings and bad calls behind you.
So why don't you just bog off you moronic cretin, before I report you for market abuse.
And we’re still suspended……
Ridiculous

"IPOs in London drop 90% in 2022
£1.6bn raised

The London Stock Market suffered last year with a dramatic decline in IPO activity and proceeds dropping 90% compared to the previous year, according to new figures. ..."

The IPO market last year fell off a cliff, you you would expect that to create challenges for businesses reliant upon IPO business.
Conversely, it can create opportunities for shells looking for RTO candidates.
TheTruth,
David Scott isn't one of NZI's four directors:-

You appear to be trying to smear the company by association.
Why not tell us 'the truth' about your real posting history:-

Hopefully from tomorrow. Depends how soon FCA send out a suspension lift notice.

I’ll take it up with Michael Ellwood . Certainly some links seem to suggest that the asviser shouldn’t be providing services. Dated 6th July ‘2.
So tenet. Whether that is valid now or not I don’t know.
