Cobra, succinct and to the point. Nice one. Looking forward to seeing how this pans out over the coming weeks.
Barry, you came on here at regular intervals last year emphatically declaring a link up between here and there and 'it will come, mark my words.' Nobody was particularly interested in your tenuous links then and I suspect even less interested in your sudden outbursts now on a share you have proven you have next to no knowledge of, even less so now that the company you're bashing doesn't exist.
Not sure what your agenda is as you seem even more random than ever but perhaps cool off a bit then go back to posting where you're invested...see you again next year maybe??
The last scam before the inevitable delisting.. what a mess.
The shares are to diluted , a reverse stock split will come imho, so if that happens it’s much better to get out now and re buy in after the reverse stock split. Also regarding shoal point energy. They have a drilling rig in place to start drilling the 1st of November with a 70 percent success rate but a 100 percent success rate on the first well. It’s ok to be positive about the future but why not be realistic when it comes to the chance of a reverse stock split.
Barry,
I told you the number of shares currently in issue.
I also pointed rhe disparity between shoals assets and it market cap. That is simply the hope value that their shareholders currently place on their prospects of profitably exploting those assets. Perhaps people have overestimated that. Perhaps underestimated it. Time will tell.
In nuogs case it does indeed have little at this moment in time. It currently has little value. Just some hope value that the new team will gain control of some that can be successfully exploited.
You believe that there is no chance of it. The market (rightly or wrongly) disagrees and believes there is some chance.
Timbo. You have done nothing. Because there is no value. You are trying to suck investors in to save whatever you have left.
I already have done. Over and out.
Timbo, why not explain to me how it works and then explain where the value is when it comes to this stock
Pmac - I'm not sure Barry understands how the stock market works.
I’m looking forward. Trust me. 2.5 billion shares outstanding with no assets. Where is the value?
Barry “ I’m simply pointing out the the last year was a complete scam”
I’m only pointing out that it was ****ing down with rain testerday - it was yesterday and no one cares. why do you not try and look forward. Out with the old and in with the new. Give it a chance ffs
You bring shoal point into the mix. I don’t know why? Shp has 70 million outstanding shares with oil assets, with the completed seismic program and money in the bank to drill.
So 1.5 billion share with a private placement of another 1 billion. So you will have a company with no assets that’s will have 2.5 billion outstanding shares ? Is that correct? Where is the future value?
Shoal point energy has assets, shoal point energy has 70 million shares, shoal point energy is drilling for oil next week.
Shows how much potential the only solid asset you guys have ever own was? I’m simply pointing out the the last year was a complete scam. And a lot of posters on this board Was involved. Im talking about the total number of outstanding shares. What’s the total number
Barry, what shares outstanding? Are you referring to the upcoming placement?
You are not invested here so why do you continue to post? From the fact we're now a cash shell, I would of thought we'll be giving GH away for free. Shows how much potential it has!
PVF and Shoel Point can crack on as far as I'm concerned
Barry, in terms of outstanding shares it is really easy to find. Much less time than the time it took you to type it.
However it is, roughly 1.5 bln.
The upcoming placing 1 bln.
The loan conversion adds up to 5 bln.
Yes, the company is about to have substantially no assets and a capitalisation of approx 1 mln (or any other number depending on what the SP does in the meantime).
That reflect peoples hope value overall as to the progress that may be made in the new regime.
By the way Shoal point has a market cap of 8.3 mln. It values its assets at 2.3 mln.
WHAT ASSETS?
I’m sorry but the number of shares outstanding with no assets There is no point to even have this company around. Imo only. There will be a huge reverse stock split. Or the company will fail. You can’t keep raising money and dilution of the shares
What are the assets? What’s the future in simple terms?
Barry - it's a waste of time trying to converse with you. 95% of companies listed on AIM will have a market capitalisation value greater then the value of their assets because the stockmarket looks forward to future developments.
I’m not barking up the wrong tree, you go look up the outstanding shares and then tell me the current assets to back up the value. Give me the simple facts
I have never invested in this scam but I have followed it close only because of garden hill. What we have here is the last pump before the end. Or a huge reverse stock split. Dreams, fantasies and lies.
Barry - you are barking up the wrong tree. The stockmarket looks forwards not backwards.
This has to be one of the biggest scams, the only hope this company had was garden hill. Where is the value? When you look back at the last year they all said the value wasn’t garden hill. It was all this fantasy garbage that was made up to pump the stock. No one has answered my question of outstanding shares
