Marbur05 there is a 10% chance, for argument sake, this will resurface and turnaround. Isn’t that reflected in the sp..., risk v rewards.. hence the reason some are still holding. Pure gamble like many other companies out there. Do you get pleasure seeing others loose money .... sad mate ... anyway all the best in your investments and wish you do very well.
Brilliant analysis thank God you’re here..!! We need more good Samaritans like you..!!
Move on..!!!
Do you just cut and paste..!! Boring
Thanks YT and a few times higher sp than current sounds music to my ears. I can wait for that just a matter of time
Cahus,
Who knows how it will pan out.
I think it may be unlikely that at RTO is actually fully executed in time to avoid temporary suspension. Production of the listing particulars, time to arrange the ot vote on proposal and the lead time is such that it is looking a bit tight. A current CPR is rquired, that may take a while. But any asset may have had one done in the last 6 month so it may be unnecessary to refresh. A few may be bothered by the thought. But I very much doubt longer holders would jump ship.
I will wait for an RNS which is hopefully going to detail the shape of the transaction and at least some information on likely benefit. Then I may (finally) take another punt.
The value within nuog is basically about 8m of tax losses which could used by a producing asset. Obviously the existing asset owners are not going to just give away the asset. They will want the lions share of the returns so the overall structure is important.
But the 8m tax losses are effectively owned by the existing equity holders. If as a result of a deal that value can somehow be ascribed to the existing equity it does suggest a price a few time higher than current.
Thanks Cahus, the references were not aimed at you.. I I agree with your thoughts...I hope you and in fact all of us gain back our losses with this new start without the Sour taste of Minty..
Good luck all we deserve a bit of luck
DB I remember you too and other great posters like Freemanpro, mbev etc.... put agenda aside as each one has his own strategy. I lost quite a bit of money on Nuog but I do not go on the Nuog bb and talk down the share. I just moved on. I know a lot of posters like yourself must be well under water. But I sincerely do wish and hope we all recover our losses hence the reason I bought 1.475m first thing this morning. Hope.... ATB mate
Every man has an agenda some more obvious than others... but they don’t put time and effort into something they don’t feel they will get something out of be it positive or negative long or short...some might seem very knowledgeable which they are but they know how to play they game some have been Constant commentators for 10 years but still profess to own no shares long or short... make of that what you will
Few typo getting old but u will figure out what I meant to say
Thanks YT as always you give the the sensible answer. How r u found bud? I remember three years ago I had about 1.5 m shares in Nuog value About £18k. Today I bought 1.475 m for £738. It was a POS then and it is now.... but good thing Is now it is rock bottom and not a fortune if it goes tits up. But if these new boys pull a rabbit then think what can happen here. So it is wirth a gamble. Nuog is the fair bb I started posting. YT you have always been the most sensible poster since those days no ramping but pure facts and analysis. Respect
You can find the resolution on the circular in the investors section of nuog website. All routine. Authority to place up to 2.3 bln shares was sought and passed.
What resolutions have been passed? Thanks for your reply
Has the company been bought out or have any one for a RTO yet? Haven’t followed this?
