Close those shorts guys :)
Amigo does illustrate how valuable an FCA ruling can be (up 130% yesterday and up again today) and I always believed the FCA looked at NSF more favourably than Amigo (NSF was allowed to keep lending unlike Amigo). In all honesty I was a bit rash selling when the trading report didn't drop at the end of Feb but Im back in, albeit about a third of my previous position and now cant add any more cheaper than I sold for. It was useful knowing the accounts will be out in 6 weeks so the timing of the favourable FCA ruling @ Amigo couldn't be better for us. GLA
:)
Listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (ticker: NSF), we are a leading lender in branch-based lending and home credit. We also have a reducing presence in guarantor loans where the business is now in run-off.
its not even aim and unlike amigo this carried on trading
Spot on draft. 5p in a flash and all things considered 15p easy. A trading update stating no fund raise required now would be just fine too.
The FCA's current position on the Schemes is that it does not presently intend to appear by Counsel at the convening hearing and does not anticipate, at this stage, that it will oppose the Schemes or have further direct engagement with the court at the convening hearing. The FCA, however, reserves its position in respect of the Schemes and its right to intervene, both generally and/or if facts and circumstances change.
so if same goes for NSF , this could go flying up

NSF is still negotiating with the FCA the methodology behind a compensation scheme for mistreated customers. Its total loss last year was £135.7 million, after writing off the guarantor loans division and making a £15 million provision for redress. Its rival in guarantor loans, Amigo, is also struggling to survive after the High Court blocked its plan to pay reduced compensation payments to mis-sold customers. Without fresh capital, it was “debatable” whether NSF had any value, he said.
The shares fell 2.6 per cent to 3.62p. They were trading at more than 60p three years ago.
Has a clue why this ended up @1.4p..seriously can 10bag.gla
y ur linking Amigo with this, they both had different problems i think
Here we go, with amigo's court date tomorrow, I am expecting this to return to at least 3p tomorrow.
Off we go. 15p target which would be cash in bank. Dyor
