NNN
First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off
(Note to Castle-Cave still hasn’t sold !!)
Bong
The compulsory strike off notices for both Nanosynth Group and Virosynth have both been suspended according to companies house filings.
I just noticed too.
I'm absolutely baffled.
After all this - after filing strike out. Why pull out?
Ritz, NNN didn't file the strike off its a "compulsory strike off" because NNN have not filed accounts so Companies House action striking company off the active companies record assuming its no longer required.
I would imagine the directors were hoping this would be struck off so in effect disappears, not even showing as a bankrupt failed company on their records.
Unfortunately for them the strike off is now discontinued because someone has objected, normally a trade creditor, a lender or HMRC.
Just guessing, but I am aware that there is at least 1 group taking legal advice/action against certain members of the board, plus several official complaints make to the FCA (see my previous post), so wondering if certain board members are starting to think they may be in a legal predicament.
As said, just a guess!

Read the PDF document for the strike off suspension (16th April), has indeed been suspended due to an objection received by the registrar. Let's hope Cave and co don't get away with this.
If your strike off application has been suspended, this means a creditor has objected to your dissolving the business and your company will therefore remain active and on the Companies House register. The company will not be dissolved until another application has been made and no objections received, or you take steps to have the company placed into liquidation.
Further more as previously stated cave has registered Pharm2Farm address and no mention of suspension it is possible creditors have had a change of hart ( materialise of new information) of the Company's business,, infact a new business plan , or offer , I expect the assets companies value has some worth .
It is strange that cave has take Pharm2Farm on and changed its address at companies House

Registered office address changed from Biocity Pennyfoot Street Nottingham Notts NG1 1GF England to 1 Canary Way Swinton Manchester M27 8AW on 2 September 2023
Hey UG!
Oh dear Castle, I think the best you can hope for is that somebody found 20p under the desk when clearing out the offices! Every little helps 😂
I think it begs the question, 'why was Virosynth subject to a compulsory strike off notice anyway?'. Unlike Nanosynth it had posted accounts so there must be some other reason for it. Have Volz been responding to official communications after the address was changed?
It could simply be a ploy to change the address knowing that they would get the company communications, would not respond, and would then bring about the compulsory strike off.
You can see this has not finished tò much nano tec and science looks to me like it might open back up , volz have interest and the change of address to a new building .

Well, we as shareholders wont get anything from this.
Virosynth is no more, "Final Gazette dissolved via compulsory strike-off” notice now on companies house, dated 14th May...
Nanosynth and pharm2farm still active and also Nanosynth have changed address to a new premises...
Still hope for nano tec
Castle
Interesting to see on Companies House that the compulsory strike-off action for Nanonsynth Group PLC was discontinued just over a month ago - I wonder what is going on there...
Agree.
The specific line about 'cause has been shown for why the company should not be struck off' is interesting.
Shares are still there on my portfolio.
Who knows I guess ?
Ritz
Looks like the subsidiary, Virosynth Ltd, (I think partly owned by NNN and Volz) was on the way to strike off, then this was suspended, and then final the company was struck off. The difference for NNN - it appears - is that the strike-off has been completely discontinued...
I wouldn't get any hopes up, but it would be quite something if there was a turnaround.
Sorry - haven't been here for ages and didn't realise there were so many messages re the strike off below!
That's my take on it too. If you look at the filing notice for the other companies it does not mention 'cause has been shown ..etc etc '
So what is going on at nanosynth. What cause has been shown as evidence for why the company should stay on?
Agree - getting hopes up now is not wise. Never the less with the shares still there and no plans for striking off who knows what is going on.
If there was a turnaround ...then wow.
Ritz
Like most, I have written off my investment, but if anything is salvaged that will be a bonus.
I am not living in hope though.
