There is no need to keep calling me Sir, as I haven't been knighted, nor am I likely to be. Try TLW instead, or anything you like as long as it isn't what you called one very odd contributor earlier today ( RivieraRick with a silent p, as I remember it ).
Regards and good wishes.
Sharkie,
I can't find the prospectus. I don't think that I have seen it.
I have just registered on the finnCap portal. They are one of the house brokers for the company concerned. They posted a research note on Nov 11. They predicted a share price increase of 150% on today's price. Today's price is at this year's highest price level. The broker's estimate is conservatively priced, and probably reflects what might be offered if a buyout bid were to materialise tomorrow morning. One Institutional Investor has increased its stake to 16% in recent weeks.
I hope that this is of some help.
Regards and good wishes.
Sharkie.
Which prospectus are you referring to? If you are referring to the company that poorinvestor is asking about, the company’s bulletin board is one of the better ones on LSE, full of high level contributors on top of their game. There is also a Reddit site for the company which is regularly updated with new information.
Regards and good wishes.
Thank you TLWilliams. Much appreciated Sir.
No problem poorinvestor.
Just have a look at my posting history. Today’s posts are all on the bulletin boards of Nanosynth, and the company you were enquiring about.
This way I am not contravening LSE’s rules, which ask us not to promote any stock, and potentially mislead investors. There is no problem here, as I am merely answering a question.
Usual caveats. DYOR etc
Regards and good wishes.
Tempted to avg.down myself from 3p,but it was only profit from bagging previous and getting greedy and buying back in.
TLWilliams, If you don’t mind Sir, would you be kind to reveal the multibagger you are invested in? This is my largest holding, however, I’m invested in around 8 shares at the moment, I always welcome a tip from a intelligent, educated, pleasant person.
I throughly research shares before I invest large amounts of money, this is my largest investment to date, I have many a opportunity to take profit and move on. I always knew, how this pandemic will play out, I’ve got it right from day one. I will not sell my shares in here till I see Gareth Caves hand, I still believe he is playing a winning hand, so the next rns is very important for me. I am in no rush, as I know the pandemic is going no where, it will subside come summer and rise back up in winter. Unless it is controlled like it has been in some countries. Mask, filters and AVirion layer are a big part of the control, nnn should be able to exploit this. Imho DYOR
Castle, yes a sea of blue….
poorinvestor.
The potential multibagger I was referring to was a different AIM company in which I have been invested for over a year, and in which paper profits are currently at an all time high.
This morning, Nanosynth became my second biggest investment. If it multibags while I am still invested, I will be extremely pleased. It currently a long term investment, which I would fully or partially sell @ c. 1.3p, merely because I should have done so at the end of August, and the P&D might well play out again. However, different scenarios are possible here, and a high degree of pragmatism will be retained in my case.
Regards and good wishes.
Thanks for your input hlmtbs,
The order has been partly fulfilled although it is all a bit underwhelming for the time being. Investors are hoping for a positive update re India, but it may well play out as you have outlined? We will hope for the best, and be prepared for a damp squib.
Regards and good wishes.
TLWilliams, Agreed. If that last rns has any truth in it, we will easily multibag. GLA
Coming back to 1p again next stop, world and India seriously problem with Omicron
TLW my experience dealing with Indian prospective customers ,big volume, free samples ,lowest price and no orders there after, they have no market research, they grab figures out of the air, not reliable!!!
Thanks DrMicho,
If a beautiful dawn follows the dark night, I might even stick around for a bit longer? The ball is in Nanosynth’s court. They may yet deliver on their promises?
Regards, and best wishes. (and apologies for the underwhelming metaphors)
Thanks Sharkie.
The serious investors are all on the same page here.
Shame about the recent Pump and Dump, but if Mr. Duffin proves to be true to his promise, he will clarify the Indian contract situation before too long.
Regards and good wishes.
Hi TLWIlliams, hope you are well and thank you… I am like you, as soon as there’s a rise I’m off… no confidence in this lot at all… hopefully that will change in the coming RNSs…
DrMicho.
You have hit upon the most worrying aspect of this week’s RNS. Agreed that they should have explained why the Indian contract wasn’t fully executed? Was it a manufacture and supply issue with Nanosynth’s German sub- contractors? Otherwise was it the lack of upfront capital from the purchasers in India? Could it have been some other reason? Investors need to know what went wrong if we are to maintain full confidence in the company.
I have topped up, against my usual instincts, this morning. The low point is usually hit on day 3 following a significant drop, and invest “when there is blood on the streets” etc are my main reasons, although both are a bit speculative bearing in mind the lack of detailed information. I believe that the IP will form the basis of good products in the future. That being said, I would now sell at the late August Pump and Dump high levels on the basis that it could well happen again.
Regards and with good wishes.
DrM, Agreed.
Thanks PI, what is frustrating is that if they are going on a media offensive why not tell us what it’s about… we are all in the dark and speculating… the sp is at an all year low because investors can’t invest in zero details…
Pharm2farm
Filters
We are working on developing a new anti-viral filter material, as an extension of the work on the anti-viral mask.
This new material has passed the proof-of-concept stage and we are now looking at how this could be commercialised (for example, in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems), although this is expected to take several months, with work required on moving from proof-of-concept to large scale production.
Lets hope we get the news ...
Were all fedup of c rap news little news and timing of the news received

DrM, I completely understand and agree. They never explain anything properly, I’m more confused after that rns then before. I suspect the marketing is for HVAC and AVirion layer. I’m suspecting there is a huge demand for it because everyone has realised what I did months ago, coronavirus isn’t going away and in winter it gets worse.
I do not like cave or his team but I totally get his products, he will strike a deal, when I don’t know but he will strike a deal.
Again Castle filters were not mentioned in the last RNS so it’s speculation. I want to believe that we are going to get a boom moment but we have to be realistic as well. I just don’t see it after the last RNS mate…
Large scale production for the Filters !!
There working many deals ..
FILTERS ......
Its like inventing a new Engine then putting it into
Different vehicles.

Wowser...

Hi poorinvester, I am trying to look at this at all angles mate so don’t think I’m being negative in anyway.
Reference the marketing campaign.. They have just released an RNS which I believe to be the worst since I’ve been invested. I will explain why buddy.
They told us that they have delivered 45000 masks in relation to a 250000 mask contract… the contract was negotiated over 4 months ago, so they’ve had ample time to fulfil their obligation. No other details were attached to that statement.
What does that tell us? That is telling shareholders, future investors and potential buyers that we can’t fulfil any future orders of any large numbers….
Therefore, why would we go all out with a marketing campaign to advertise our masks that we can’t deliver? It dosent add up mate. They need to tell us why the India order wasn’t completed on time, we can speculate but we don’t know.
