Its all very simple it doesnt need to be over thought whatsoever it is all very very simple
A established company such as Volz does not take a loan without having proven a need which would lead me to believe it is going to be used effectively to expedite and get us to fruition ASAP
Wake up derampers try harder
Sharkie , so why is it when we said it we was filtered best like your coffee. I have been saying this for months and you kept on saying I had no substance. I think you will find at every stage over the last month or two I called it right.
None of your posts for the last two months reflects what you have said below. I’m sorry but you caused at lot of nonsense on this BOD dismissing thous that actually saw the company for what it is just by looking at the facts.
Your not wrong in what you say now but it’s far from what you have been saying. A lot of people would have bought on the back of the nonsense you and other spouted over the last month or two and for that you should be ashamed:
Anyhow , let’s all move on from this. We know the score now and it’s a case of looking at the facts as they happen and discussing sensibly what the outcomes could be.
Sharkie
I think that I understand your point, although I would have valued more substance added to your rather cryptic comment. Paradoxically, Mr. Duffin has done something similar. I have read the RNS a number of times during the day. It all sounds very credible and optimistic, although it lacks detail. It merely confirms what I had already surmised, and I trust that Mr. Duffin will update the market with some flesh added to these bare bones in the near future.
I remain optimistic, but found today's abrupt share price returning to the year-low level rather disappointing. Apart from the previous two trading days it has been virtually a linear 50% decline in the share price over the last three months. Today's outline strategy isn't anywhere near enough to reinvigorate the company. As I have stated previously we need sales figures, contract wins, and a more detailed strategy for that to happen. Mr. Duffin ends his statement with a promise. I trust that he will be good to his word and deliver on that promise.
Regards and good wishes.
@ TLW
You seemed to be a beacon of credibility on this bb. But you never actually condemn any of the rampers for their untruths? Interesting. Unfortunately you lost credibility-wise earlier when you mentioned NNN in the same sentence as Warren Buffet!!
what is HVAC?
I totally agree DrMicho.
Mr. Duffin has not added anything today that the market did not already know. I am disappointed that he has chosen to RNS in the same style as Antony Legge. His strategy said nothing more than many of us have been writing down in recent months. It is OK for an investor to outline what is needed, but the company needs to give considerably more detail stating future income from sales, licensing deals etc. Additionally, I find today's information related to the Indian contract both underwhelming and bemusing? It does not tally with what has been said previously. Moreover there is no explanation for the disparity.
I am surprised that some uninvested contributors have spent a large part of their time today giving a detailed analysis of Nanosynth's "failures". I agreed to disagree with one contributor earlier today, only to find that he is uninvested, and has grown more aggressive, and gloating towards serious investors when I returned at the end of trading. What miserable lives these individuals must lead if they waste so much of their time writing nasty and spiteful comments directed at people they do not know?
We will live to fight another day. For now, the price has fallen back to last Thursday's near year low price. I trust that Mr. Duffin does not turn out to be another underwhelming CEO as was the case with Mr. Legge? Importantly I trust that his outline bare boned strategy will be fleshed out soon, and that the company will start to generate more income from its IP. Currently, we have had nothing but a major Pump and Dump at the end of August, and a whimper of a Pump and Dump over the last three trading days. A very short unsubstantiated rise and fall in the share price of 28% over 3 days is no way for a company to conduct its business. Surely, Mr. Duffin, Dr.Cave and the rest of the board realise that they should be doing much better in the near future?
Regards and best wishes to you, and to all the genuine investors who regularly contribute to this board.
Oooh Dr M
Probably the biggest bell of the bull!
ExMS, Filtered that bulb too…. Another bell, I told me so….
ExMS, then what is your interest?
Thousands of shares to choose from.
Wow buyer of 230 shares £1-43 this is motoring now , he will no doubt. Be on here tomorrow with some pearls of wisdom
@ Even Poorer Investor as of today
Really? You genuinely believe I’m invested???? I have thankfully never invested in this shower of ****e! So no , no consolation for you there unfortunately
Same here DrM, I did have a good laugh at his expense today. :-)
Spot on Poorinvestor! Couldn’t have said it better myself mate…. and I did chuckle at UG…
I think you kinda need to decide whether you want to build a production facility first before you choose the premises!! Not the other way around!!!!!!
The bod need to communicate with the shareholders better. I have never been invested in a company that shows this much disrespect to shareholders. Good or bad news, they need to convey it. Even fusion boy got the machine and the Indian order right.
Today’s RNS contradicts a lot of information we were given in the past. I found today’s rns really insulting. I was expecting a lot better rns then we were given. The consolation for today’s rns was, bojo, ExMS and United Guy got spiked.
I think that part of the RNS was just to warm up the shareholders that another placing is on the cards! Let's face it, £5m..£4m...or whatever it was they had in the bank with virtually no sales of anything! Cashburn or what!!
And I said LOOKING FFS
This is a copy and paste from the RNS
“The Board is considering relocating its operations in 2022 to a new UK facility that may include a scalable state-of-the-art production facility for nanomaterials to ensure that the Company improves its nanoparticle production capacity and capabilities to deliver at scale”.
It says it MAY include a state of the art production facility! They haven’t decided that. FFS.
You dont look at bigger premises and more staff etc with a bigger outlook than your currently providing to send it down the pan, keep the faith its progressing behind the scenes in my opinion along with short to mid term value for holders..
Totally agree DrMicho! & why have they withheld updates on the citrus greening trials, the chilli purchases & the Hyroponics? A bit more trashing of the sp wouldn't hurt!
Every finer detail was covered when the BODs wanted shareholders to vote for them…it all seems intentional and that’s the frustration for me… GL mate
Agree again Jamboy… it’s frustrating and annoying but after today you can’t blame shareholders for being pi55ed off mate… all the best and hopefully something good will happen and soon….
I honestly thought we had a chance with recent events, nevertheless, if we can’t supply 250000 masks how are we supposed to supply another contract. The BODs should explain why there has only been 45000 masks supplied… Shareholders were told that Volz would meet any contract requirement’s. Is that still the case? Did the contract only stipulate 45000 ago start with…these details should be passed on to shareholders…
Still early days for testing at the moment, but let's not forget this is a life saving product and that's primarily what Dr.C's in this for,not the money. We would all like to make a few quid but I'm also invested in what I belive to be an amazing product, that isn't supposed to sound patronising although it does .
I agree with you Jamboy, however, I am being as positive as I can be… if, and as you say a big if…if they are doing tests these are the sort of details that we’d expect in todays update. We have no finer detail and the masks to India were 45000 and not 250000, hence the drop today. Shareholder confidence in the BODs is rock bottom and rightly so…. I will pray for a miracle or some sort of magic act in the next few months….
