Yes each to their own, ive been on junior small caps for over 12 years now, last 12 months have been awful. my points are all valid in my opinion. ive been here a long time and this is struggling to get back to where it started. yeah i dont think any uk share is worth buying at all at the moment.
Steve Bassi owns 502,079,484 shares or 29.58% or the total issue of shares.
There are 6 large holders, who between them have taken well over 50% of the shares off the market.
Narf staff are in deep here, that should tell you something about where this is heading. But each to their own.
Given the FTSE is 8300+ I would suggest confidence has returned to UK markets, assisted by high profile company buyouts such as Darktrace. Bodes well for a little gem winning business for fun of late.
Time will tell, I'm in no hurry.
By your logic on point 3, no UK share is worth buying 😆
The SP and number of shares is totally irrelevant, you are buying a fraction of the Mcap which is currently just over £20m.
Well a few problems
1) too many shares in issue
2) are they really held tightly
3). uk markets have not been good
I dont see how we can get a huge rise in SP here given points 1 to 3
I'm guessing a large buy went through at about 3.07pm, probably displayed after hours. All just imo.
Soon to be breakthrough upsurge here.
John Herring, Executive Chairman at Narf said: "These new threat intelligence tools place Narf as a pioneering force in the software development security market ("DevSecOps"), which was valued at $4.79 billion in 2022 and is projected to surge to $45.76 billion by 2031, growing at a CAGR of 28.5% over the period[1]. Further, two additional Narf initiatives in collaboration with government agencies converge within this domain to collectively lay the groundwork for a transformative SaaS platform opportunity."
Market worth 46 billion in 2031. well its 2024 now. TBH im not sure what the point of such comments are as its way out in 2031!!!!! cant blame NARF for trying in their rnss though, they are certainly trying, I will give them credit.
Sounds like they're gong to be releasing a new product available to everyone.
RNS out.

Ireland has taken part in a major international cyber defence training exercise.
A joint Irish and South Korean team of nearly 200 personnel were involved in the operation which saw staff having to deal with critical infrastructure coming under simulated attacks from hackers.
It was led by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).
Hmm darktrace got acquired, wonder what NARFS real takeover value is???
I think NARF should transfer all our shares to Nasdaq. then we trade fully on nasdaq, uk market is pointless.
Sad that aim has destroyed so much in last 12 months for many companies, can only hope NARF can become like Crowdstrike, thats my HOPE
Another contract signed today. Great news for NARF.
Huge potential uplift here.
2x 45 million

09:56 Having announced a further $1.3m contract this morning here is NARF's broker comment from the sales desk:
• Have announced a $1.3m contract with the US Government's Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Agency (‘IARPA’). No duration given but could be over multiple years
• Together with the $1.6m omnibus orders reported a couple of weeks ago this is helpful in building visibility on our $8m sales forecast for this year
More contract wins, there are too many shares in issue here in my opinion, unfortunately there probably will be a share consolidation at some point in future. im well underwater here
Another cyber security company reporting good results and upping future forecast. Threats are certainly on the rise.

Well if we were valued like crowdstrike we would all suddenly have lambos!
Crowdstrike in US looking good. Hopefully will be good for us.
