Couple of strange trades there, call me superstitious but is something afoot ?
And I imagine you're waiting on a deal, maybe re. 365 or whatever. I think there must also be a reason for the pause in buy backs. No doubt they're up to something.
I'm not in here but I should like to think so - what's good for Ctp good for Mxcp and vice versa. Stepping back it seems to me that the investee companies generally going through an integration/consolidation phase, and Ctp just moving on from that. Should look up from here.
Bodes well for MXC
Someone taking advantage before July lol.
very strange?!
RNS - results and still evaluating potential acquisition.

I'd say there's still a hangover from the RCN debacle and some trust issues with the market here. If you remember Warren Buffet regards Tesco and his Cockroach quote you'll know what I mean. The FCA commenced its investigation on 20th March so I would have thought we may be nearing the end ? My worst fear is contagion elsewhere!
I'm in "TAX" and I really think it has been over looked. It's run rate for annual ebita is £6.5m and that's before cross selling with the new acquisition. Currently sitting with a market cap of £57m it puts TAX on a pe of 8-9! Zero growth priced in! Like many of MXCPs investments such as CTP, value will out in the end and when it does MXCP will be sitting pretty well into a double digit share price.
This caught my eye yesterday:- "Corporation tax appears to get ever more complex and Brexit will probably make it even more so. This acquisition generates a significant element of differentiation as Tax Systems sets out to serve companies as they move to quarterly tax reporting and respond to the government’s policy of “Making Tax Digital” by 2020. It seems TAX is on track to meet the challenges ahead, good move by MXCP regards the RTO
Exactly Rocka CTP and MXCP! waited a long time but the future is looking rosy, wish you luck with your holding(s)
Bodes well here also
Turning out to be a fantastic year there! RNS OUT
Actually, no longer sure about that all, but there is a new Australian GM. And something starting next week and new staff under the ' sales and consultancy ' heading. ( see Ctp thread )
Ctp just set up a new Sales and Consultancy in Australia under new General Manager there. Kicking off next week. All being well, should drive it higher.
Should be up close to £3m just off the back of CTPs rise from 55 to 69!
Panamul if you are still reading this board can you give us an updated NAV post the movements in Tax,Ctp,and Cor.
Trading update indicates that the 22% rise in EBITDA as mentioned in the Mxcp results RNS has been achieved or thereabouts, so that's good news, and hitting targets on revenue and profitability - though not resulting yet in a rise here, or much of one there.
Can see it now :) Good news in the long term
Thats £300k in cash.
RNS...extention of another 300k from MXC for the share buyback programme .
Good for a recovery here. Nice double bottom forming
The worm may have turned...
