Well said Philmcccrotch. Its just short of knowing what time the poster in question got up and what was for breakfast? but its getting there! Once or twice OK, but to make it a personal blog, that's something else. Anyways hope this helps.

Your right, lets turn on mgc instead! :) cmon, get the awaited news out now before the world burns, and not from covid. Let us see what could have been....
Love the way when nothing is going on and sentiment turns down in a Bear market, the chat always turns into a poor man's version of Facebook. ALL shares are down people, ride the storm but let's not turn on each other
Very necessary and really not rude at all. This chat is about MXC not Paul briefing everyone on his decisions.
So why keep mentioning it. Go or stay, loss or paper loss. Even the sp chart is giving this the middle finger right now lol hold for gold..... or whats left.
Hardly necessary as a response and not a little rude.
No one cares if you selll your shares. Stop going on about it.
With hindsight, I guess I should have sold the lot.
Although for once I think its the market in general that is to blame for todays drop, and nothing specific to MXC.
TA is garbage and your theory certainly doesn't seem true lol
TA can I believe be useful, but it has limits and used in isolation is indeed as another poster indicated, akin to reading tea leaves.
In the case of this stock there are other stronger indicators such as financial analysis which in my opinion make TA of little value.
As I've stated before Feb is going to be the make or break month for this stock and I've already reduced my holding in it by 25%, as I am more inclined to think its going to be the latter. I'm not fully convinced so I'm hanging on to my remaining stock till I have access to more information in Feb, when I will either possibly increase my holding or close it completly.
Depends on what methodology you use.
Price movement tells a story, unless you subscribe to the notion that all share price movement is random.
There ars many ways to use TA, and it can be used alongside fundamentals, market research, etc.
If it’s not for you, fair enough, but many people have made a lot of money trading with TA.
Yeah, TA is like a balloon animal. You can manipulate it to any shape that suits you lol.
Lol technical analysis is a waste of time. A few people have come here saying similar things over than past year only for their predictions to be no where near what actually happens.
It looks like MXC sp could be finding a bottom. The curve of the sell-off is flattening off, plus signs of a potential trend reversal are appearing. If this can break above 2.25p on an increase in volume then that could act as confirmation of a significant move north, with the next target being around 3.4p. I broke my own rules and bought shortly after the IPO. I would average down but funds are not available thanks to delays in expected positive news from IRON and KZG.
