Hi, I wasn't sure how to go about this but I contacted my Bank. If you contact your trading platform that you purchase your shares through, and they can register your vote on your behalf. The more people who actually vote against the stock split we may have a chance to stop this stock split. It only takes 5 mins.
This is the link: https://www.investi.com.au/api/announcements/mxc/0dbab3b1-1bd.pdf
Contact your trading platform and they can vote against the stock split on your behalf this is time sensitive and has to be done before Monday the 23rd of October, so we may have a chance to recoupe some of our money. as I believe this can go up to 1p by the end of December. but if the stock split happens you can kiss your money goodbye. good luck to everyone.
What makes you think the share consolidation is a problem? Why also do you think the SP will be 1p by the end of December?
It's resolution 2 that's the problem. Zillions of new shares at 80% discount.
You can vote against resolution 1 & 2, also on the monthly basis the stock will be waving up, hence the share price should reach 1p. if the stock split goes ahead your no. of shares go down by 1000 but your share price also goes up by a 1000. for example if you have 5000 shares at 1p your new shares will be 5 at a price of £10. I don't think the share price will go any higher than 10p even if you wait 10 years.
It’ll be a big problem if the zillion of shares (in your words) are not subscribed to at anything under 99%! So we have no option but to accept the 80% discounted dilution for this latest (& hopefully last) tranche of funding. The Company needs money to continue, end of! As for the share consolidation it will not affect your shareholding value as long as you hold the minimum qty of 1,000 shares. No need to vote against this, by voting no you, me and everyone else will lose everything!
Are you for real we have all lost everything now. They screwed existing shareholders.
