Bing your words only a few minutes ago: ''its very interesting all the same have been here before many moons ago in fact its been so long now that I cannot even remember the name of the company it was now but I do remember it was a year later before I received any monies back.'' You cannot even name the company! Are you having a laugh! Its is my opinion that there will be no monies coming back to PI's who invested in MTV. Glad to see that you finally owned up to being a member of the '''Inner Circle''. Any chance you can ask your mates UMTD / Lithium where we are having the party? Well you and your mates went on about it for years!
Mike Pilsworth is still there. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/05319264/officers
Yes, very strange. It says Motive Television Sevices Limited, what about Motive Television PLC?
Hi JJ / Parkez hope you are both well Interesting questions you both have I dare say that our resident Egotistical moron Bloch and his side kick SouthC will answer that for you both. What I find amazing is where the wind up that Bloch/Jlf kept banging on about as it still stands we are still trading under administration and nobody can argue that as for if anything will come of it not even Bloch or SC can answer that nor us for that matter. its very interesting all the same have been here before many moons ago in fact its been so long now that I cannot even remember the name of the company it was now but I do remember it was a year later before I received any monies back. Not saying for one moment we will get anything back but for now who knows. Anyway just have to do this just to wind that sad pathetic Egotistical moron of person up with just one 3 words. Not Long Now. Oh and that makes me part of this elusive inner circle. Speak soon Bing
just checked some of the other suspended/delisted shares and they are not showing either so will not read anything into that. thanks
I could not have said it any better - definitely not learnt any lessons from Mr Ego... yes, companies can exist by issuing shares non stop but MTV is not the exception.. there are companies with high market values on multiples of 80x plus which do not even make a profit out there... MTV would not have been listed if it did not have an idea/product to develop then sell.. the regulators would not have allowed it... the directors do have answers to give but shareholders and others did put up the money...

Wrong Bloch (you do sound a lot like JLF). What I have learned is that AIM is meant to be a place for growth companies whose growth is being stunted by a lack of access to funding choking expansion plans. It should not be a place for companies who are predominantly speculating and prospecting without already established proven income generating business models. MTV and it's like should live or die off AIM according to funds they can raise from very sophisticated and experienced speculators whose deep and close research will allow them to come to a fully informed investment decision. What I have learned from Bloch and JLF is that unpleasant obsessive posters (who may be good people in real life) whose posts on LSE are laced with bitterness can have the reverse effect to the one they apparently intend. In short only pay heed to research that pops up here and elsewhere and ignore the noise.
Oh you will.. when LSE takes this down next February... so save the pain of repeating the same post literally word for word every day by stopping now... pot kettle black comes to mind.. you have issues with ramping (here) but don't mind trolling every day.. grow up!
Mine still says that.
The question is why would a creditor take a director position in a company being presented as ours is ?
noticed the mtv lse page is no longer showing "shares appear to be delisted or suspended". does this mean mtv has now been dissolved and does now not exist?
KnigelK, I am certainly not letting go! We had to suffer these sad individuals posts for many years!! And after all their unbelievable postings, even posting ''Not Long Now'' a few weeks before MTV delisted!!! And even after MTV appears to be delisted or suspended, we have posters on here predicting a rescue package. There has been no RNS from MTV suggesting this!
Cheers Parkez.. it gets stranger and stranger... SCB - I was not here during most of the time all this apparent ramping took place but I still you one thing - I would still not be banging on about it 1-2 years after the event .. especially since the share is delisted and no one can trade or get caught by ramping now (if they did).. so.. what is wrong with you? Let go!!!!!!
is this normal procedure for dissolution? the ceos jump ship or will they be replaced?
Bing just thought I read back through some of your incredulous postings! This was just one of them from November 2015 ''Tick Tock Tick Tock Tick Tock. NLN umtd. NLN MrL NLN MTV`ers Tick Tock Bing'' And you reckon that you were not in the Inner Circle! How could you post this, there was no RNS from the company suggesting anything of the sort! You were one of the many ''NOT LONG NOW'' brigade!!! Who ramped this share for years! Shame on you!!!
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07517889/officers
TERMINATION of appointment!!
oh and mike pilsworth and bryan foss!!!! whatever next!
well according to companies house our Len is no longer ceo of MOTIVE TELEVISION PLC as from 12/10/16.!!!! why? company no longer exists soon....or does it?
RMBing your answers are all incorrect! We have had to put up with your constant agreement with UMTD / Lithium / Eastender for years, each one of you patting yourself on the back each time one of you posted something about MTV, you all lived in this dream world where you were all going to become millionaires with your investment in MTV. All we had from you and others on this board was miss information, and most of the time utter rubbish posted about MTV. And even now when you and your mates have been found out, you still argue the toss!!! 1. You have said many times you had my on filter! Why not keep it that way, and I would not have to answer your rubbish posts! 2. MTV appears to be suspended or de-listed. 3. You have not shown the decency to congratulate Riddler / JLF / Gedw - who posted for many years on this forum - that they were correct about MTV!!
I will answer your question to whether I am in your imaginary inner circle NO I am not. And to answer your other question yes I have you on filter but as I have said before when you use thread view you see all. Now answer mine are you a sad individual who prays on peoples misfortunes and lives a very sad and lonely egotistical life just like your mate Bloch/JLF who also kept coming back with multiple avatars but you never say nought about that do you. If you have lost money here threw your own judgment then fair enough but if you bought in hear just on the say so sorry I will re fraise that if you bought hear on the rampings of the so called inner circle then seriously you only have your self to blame either way its time to give it up old been before you completely go insane and you have to be committed for an eternity. So I will say Fare well to you SC as I will not respond to anymore of your idiotic posts you have made me laugh over the many months with your ridiculous postings but its time I stopped wasting my time with the likes of you and Bloch/Jlf as I have also said before you both are EGOTISTICAL MORONS. Goodbye
RMBing you keep changing your story, you have said many times that you had me on filter. Your mates UMTD / Lithium and so many others jumped ship when the ship was sinking to the bottom of the ocean. Good on you RMBing for not changing your name to another Avatar as most on this forum have done. All you need to do now is congratulate Riddler / JLF / Gedw for their many years of correct postings on MTV. You need to read back through the many posts that the Inner Circle posted about MTV, they talked utter rubbish about MTV, nothing they posted about was backed up by solid RNS's from the company. RMBing are you a Inner Circle Member?
aka_bluepeter - "but like Parkez says a good deal warier now especially on Aim stocks" Why are you a good deal more wary. What is it you have learned. AIM companies fall over all the time. So what have you learned. I will tell you what you've learned for the first time and why MTV is so important in the education and understanding of the AIM. What you have learned here is that AIM companies can give the impression that they are a living and breathing entity when in reality they don't exist. This is the lesson I have taught you all here. MTV was not just surviving on PI money it was the manifestation of PI money. The company itself although a registered legal entity never existed. Anything that required it to proof it was a real entity failed to materialise. The deal with television broadcasters, the deal with MTN and the deal with the BBC over Freeview. All required real companies to endorse the existence of MTV as a trading concern. None did.
Hi Parkez and Bing. This all reminds of a quote from Alexander Graham Bell '“When one door closes, another door opens, but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us.” I liked the MTV concept so had a flutter and I lost. Plenty more fish in the sea but like Parkez says a good deal warier now especially on Aim stocks and given the general climate.
