We've been wanting GB to leave for a while and here it is. Happy days
"Gerry joined the Company in January 2021 and has been instrumental in the transformation of the Company to be a ..." Well he certainly had an effect.
Obviously sacked.
£400k company looking for up to £2m finance.......hmmmm.....if they get it ....they will have to consolidate shares in issue for sure.
Is that a little light at the end of a long road ahead! Gerry out has to be a positive. Fingers crossed.
Now it's the middle of September almost a full quarter after Microsaic and its waste of space management team should have released a comprehensive audit. Still no audit, its embarrassing as the dogs on the street know Modern Water will be bought for peanuts by Microsaic as they were effectively one and the same company for the last 2 years. Maybe the empty vessel that is Modern Water can be placed inside the empty vessel that is Microsaic and someone then can beat that drum for a louder noise. At least release the audit just for even a shred of credibility but I suppose nobody over at Deepverge could do a set of accounts so whats the likelihood Microsaic can.
YES, same tricks, same people!
Who is the current CFO of this shambles? Where is the audit they are working on, its September now????????????
I wonder does MSYS follow the same bag of tricks as DVRG.
Give it time boombag give it time, Nigel Burton and Gerard Brandon are using the same old tricks as they have always used you just have to give it time to play out.
If they are then why has not been notification this is being delisted like DVRG?
Another Friday goes by and not a smoke signal. Those auditors must be producing the most amazing of audits. Or was that last few RNS about auditors working hard just more B&%Sh^t, I wonder!
@boombag yes MSYS and DVRG are one and the same.
Does not mention that in your link
I think assumption is both same company
No Microsaic is going private in synchronicity with Deepverge https://www.lse.co.uk/news/DVRG/in-brief-deepverge-to-be-removed-from-trading-on-aim-on-thursday-00fc5sbhscxcow2.html I assume there was no auditor or accountant doing anything on Microsaic as we are now at the end of August.
Sounds like buying DVRG for 1 Euro and want it in the accounts
Another week goes by now in August and still no audited accounts!!! The management team really must be busy over at Deepverge dealing with the mess. Surely the auditor of Microsaic is not distracted by the Deepverge mess?
Boombag , you may need to start following the news a little more.
1. MSYS is run and managed by Gerard Brandon and Nigel Burton , the same people who run DVRG. Everything is not good!
2. MSYS contract with DVRG is total frabricated nonsense and not worth anywhere close to 1.4million this was just created to extract money from DVRG into MSYS therefore MSYS would not be buying any debt as you suggest, on paper it might look like that but MSYS is as badly and fraudulently run as DVRG is.
3. DVRG is not going to release a set of audited accounts, they never intended to. Neither will MSYS.
4. Read up on the last few posts in the forums on DVRG: https://www.lse.co.uk/ShareChat.html?ShareTicker=DVRG&share=Deepverge
MW going to MSYS in lieu of the debt will be next.
AnonymousCoward: GB, after becoming CEO at MSYS, on multiple occasions told staff at York that he had no interest in labskin or STC and his plan was to integrate MSYS and MW then sell off labskin and STC. I would not be surprised to find the last twelve to eighteen months have been a deliberate act to engineer that outcome as cheaply as possible. Also Fiona Joyce resigned as DVRG company secretary and where is she employed now? Microsaic, along with John Clarke, the life long friend of Camilus Glover that was brought in to 'manage' the York site and proceeded to destroy two years of hard work by the management team who had just about got things on an even keel. His behaviour also resulted in the company having to pay off a senior staff member to avoid a law suit for bullying, harrasment, sexism, unfair dismissal..
and also from the user whitecells:
anonymouscoward thank you for your clarity. you forgot a few things on this specific "deal"of giving away glanaco for 1 euro.... i will disclose...
t. rat says "don't think anybody is going to be surprised with that update..." however he does not add context unfortunately, so i will. back in march 2022 fionan murray and gerard brandon acquired glanaco https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/dvrg/acquisition-loan-facility-for-global-expansion-eue35leih3kltrs.html for £1.08 million comprising £0.65 million in equity and £0.43 million in cash and you have to remember that tony ryan the md of glanaco ltd is fionan murray's relation. yes they are related and yes fionan murray is still a director of rinocloud. now just over a year later they sell it back to fionan murray relation for 1euro, now i amsure those un-audited accounts are all clean as a whistle but it would be great for someone to take a deep look at them now that the new cfo andrew waters has run away.
so when t. rat says "don't think anybody is going to be surprised with that update..." he is right now, nobody is surprised!!!
also when we speak of family ,and family is important do not get me wrong here, the only people promoting modern water right now is t. rat when he quotes gerard brandon fake news tweets repeatedly and also on social media louise doyle, who is his
Why cant MSYS buy for euro then dump anything not good?
or if company buys for euro they are buying the dept owed to MSYS
Win win
We do not know what was transferred for this 1euro sum? It is not audited at this point so those figures like every other RNS we got are likely nonsense. Are we sure it was not other assets also other than Glanaco assets transferred back to the management team of Glanaco? No we are not. Everything we dreaded this would be is turning out to be just that.
Deepsulk 'd be more appropriate IMO
They could call it deepsaic Ltd. But that doesn't have a ring to it lol
Lol
If it does happen those invested in DVRG will be P155ed
They can call it microverge Ltd
Or even better 1 eur. They must be stupid not to have thought of a JV and avoid all this mess
MSYS could in theory buy Deepverge for £1?
As they are same board and pretty much the same company; they can just transfer over assets now and write off the debt. Or just run as one company and one share price. This would be the better option and no need to pay for microsaic services. That way they don't need to dispose of modern water and work as one. All imo
Yes, nothing to do with MSYS' trade debt but I have a suspicion that the remaining disposals will not yield anything worthwhile for MSYS; in theory MSYS could pursue DVRG assets for the debt, but who will do that? MSYS corrupt Board?
