Anyone else received this are we in the s*it now?
* non listed as in only over the counter trading etc
There is risk still. That he could get to 29.9% and hold that, in a non listed public company.
Ok I'll put a different way. 52 week high a good 5 bags from here, cash value is around 1p roughly. Either way a bag from here.
The question then is whether he doesn't intend to take it private as that is the biggest risk?
First thing there are no guarantee’s in life! In terms of offer, he needs to get to 29.9% first confirmed by TR-1, then 52wk high offer or cash value I’m not sure on this ?
Am I right in thinking this us a guaranteed minimum bag from here, as he can't really make an offer less than the cash right?
Also as a rule of thumb private investors and PIs like us would make up around 2-3%...so it’s these you’ll be seeing on your trading screens being gobbled up...so the closer he gets with these the less trouble later on when tries to accumulate the rest post-suspension (if he doesn’t get there) plz dyor it’s high risk/high reward!
Nope he wouldn’t have it by now..have you been following the trading fella? Since his 23% there are only around 5% in free float....so tell us how he’s going to get there?
To help you other investors have also not sold any (no TR-1), and also all these they investors holding 75% or so - do you think they’re standing still??
Exciting afternoon ahead
52 wk high 1.92 to be exact
So 1.90 sp minimum before offer is accepted bring it on this is going to fly
And what is the 52 week high...for some of our lazy investors?
Lol - can’t believe PIs don’t even know basics of when a buyer can make an offer - He must have 29.9% to even make a derisory offer!
BoD will reject it straight up...their Proudfoot business will be sold once it’s get into profit. The
IMO!
#PeacePlantsProsper
Yep his snapping the loose stock...and it makes perfect sense and it’s right thing to do if you want to takeover..
.....you will be rewarded!
PP
Yep, only a small number of buys getting through despite many wanting in. What does that tell you normally? Yep a buy order being filled in the background and they won't let many more through until they can get the sells to fulfil the order. I had to KOR for £400 worth. Also 93% of the shares are in sticky hands.... the MM's are literally up **** creek without a paddle.
1p coming?
Cash at end of 2019 was multiples of current market cap and the company say in results statement they are looking to sell the company.
What price for a takeover ?
Griffiths adding adds speculation.
Nai/DYOR
I would be happy with 1p never mind 10p Latino!
Another day done and closer to end of June..
In terms of investment RG has a lot of stock from when stock was around 16p, then another chunk post disposal in late 2016 around 4p, and then the recent addition at at 0.05. So overall he needs this SP up around 10p to break even!
Yes a move is most definitely coming, it’s a question of when than if. He crossed 23% before EGM and from the votes made no attempt to block the delisting. So, it’a very much building for a takeover....Very little available on open market to get to 29.9%, so he’s probably buy up all loose stock available and then will have to make an offer to shareholders for the rest?
...on the cheap...happy to take all lol
R. Griffiths 2.7m to £700k ouch....at least my losses are a lot smaller at this moment lol
My guess is he’s lining up for a takeover - 29.9%, currently at 23% of last TR-1, must have bought another 2-3% by now?
He’s not they only one, if you look at the shareholder list. At least MMs have bothered to show a more subtle spread from 150% yesterday to 50% today....lol however can trade very little here.
